I hate this trope. "If YoU kIlL mE, yOu'lL bE aS bAd As I aM!"
There are only two logical responses to this argument, depending on the character in question. To demonstrate:
Case 1:
Jan wiped blood from his mouth. The moment's respite gave him the space he needed to draw his gun, cock it, and level it at Shena's head. "Last words?"
"You can't kill me." Shena spoke with a quick desperation, hand hovering at her belt. Jan blinked.
"What? I have a gun aimed straight at your forehead. What's stopping me?"
Shena licked her lips. "If you kill me, you'll be just as bad as me. You won't have the moral high ground you tout so much. Hell, if you kill me, you should be killed by logical process!"
Jan blinked again. "Are you fucking deranged?! You killed four children and their parents today! Your body count is numbered in the hundreds, and your explicit reasons for these unconscionable murders are as follows: 'I needed to let off some steam, and They were asking for it --- they should know not to walk around the city at night.' Hell, I killed three people trying to get to you; why would I stop now?!"
Case 2:

The idea of it is ridiculous. I don't know if it was born from the equation of mercy to justice, or the equation of the law and justice, but both are flawed.
Mercy is, in and of itself, a withholding of justice. It is the decision to refrain from meting out justice in favour of a second chance or something similar. The law's purpose in an idealistic world where the lawmakers stand to gain nothing by skewing it, is to make a set of rules that gets as close as possible to consistent justice. Life is too complicated for any law system to properly anticipate every case, but the law's purpose on paper is to get as close an approximation of justice as generally possible. Either way, the argument is stupid, and bugs me.
“if you kill me, you’ll be just as bad as me.” The villain says, not knowing that the “hero” is so, so much worse than them.

On the fairy-debate.
I ran to the door. The knock was light, nervous even.
Today was Wednesday --- date night. Michael had said he was going to surprise me, and I had been dressed since the clock struck 5. I reach the entranceway and undo the lock, turning the handle to allow Michael in.
No Michael. A being the size of a 10-year-old, green-skinned and shimmering, looked up at me. Beautiful and distinctly inhuman. Hello, it communicated.
"What the FUCK ARE YOU?!" I stumbled back a step, reaching to the side for my Mace can.
It twinkled. I am Faerie. Is this strange to you?
"Uh, mmm, yeah, I think so. You're not a child, are you? Do you need a ride somewhere?"
It was overwhelming. I couldn't think straight --- it existed with such force and fervor that thinking of anything but it was a difficult task. Michael. Michael might know what to do.
"Um. One second, please."
I shut the door, breathing hard. Real. Was it real? I braced myself to check, and swung the door open again.
Nothing but a shimmering puff of glitter.

No Michael. In the place he should have been stood a walrus. A 2,200 kilogram walrus. It filled up my doorway, massive and stinking, its yellowed tusks scraping slightly against my door frame.
"What the FUUUUUUUUCK!"
I slammed the door shut, panting. I was losing breath control, going into a spiral. I sank down, back to the door.
Through the panic, I heard a car pull up. A door opened, and shut, and I heard Michael yell. "The FUCK is that? No, what the FUCK IS THAT FUCKING THING? IS THAT A WALRUS? A FUCKING WALRUS?"

I don't know if anyone else has reached out to you, so forgive me if you have gotten this already. I'm pretty new to tumblr as well, but a lot of people who have been here for decades think this site is a lot more intuitive then it is
Reblogging your own post to add additional commentary is a stylistic choice that a lot of people employ. Both the initial blog (post A) and the reblog (post B(post A)) show up in reverse chronological order. It's normal, you get used to scrolling past posts that get shorter and shorter the further back you go.
Screenshotting a post is generally done when you want to be mean to the OP and don't want them to know about it. Reblogging a post normally gives the OP and all rebloggers a notification.
People can get pissy about people not following tumblr ettiqutte, but also no one can agree what tumblr etiquette is and they all frequently fight about it.
Generally people have friendly silly interactions with Mutuals (people who follow each other). You can still interact with posts from people that you aren't mutuals with ...but it's more likely to be taken the wrong way or out of context because you're a stranger.
I was joking about the fact that two versions of the same one showed up immediately after each other. I wasn't confused as to why two similar versions of the same post existed.

I think that for a restroom to be truly gender-neutral, it should have a urinal as well. A toilet and a urinal, to be clear. I understand that's not always feasible, but where it is, it's a nice gesture.
There may be a lot of discussion so please be respectful. I just think it would solve a lot of trans people's restroom issues if there was no such thing as "ladies" or "men's". And yes I know there are some, I'm talking about ALL of them being gender neutral.

I am mentally ill and it depends. If the purpose of this 'armchair headcannoning' is to blame a character's issues and morality on it, there could be some real issues interpersonally that come out as a result of that. However, generally, I don't think that it's that big of a deal.

Why do characters discovering new powers always do so in fights? That doesn't seem like much of a place to be introspecting. Show me someone unlocking new mind-death magic in the midst of a breakthrough during therapy.
Show me someone discovering that they can cause untold agony while they're pulling the cinnamon-apple pie out of the oven.
