Second day outdoor run! Hard again but worth it!

Just leaving the gym! Legs specific workout today. Threw some supersets in there with Bulgarian spilt squats and walking lunges in between regular squats and leg presses. Didn’t go to heavy though.” But got some good pumps. Critique and let me know so I can get better. Also threw in some calf raises in there today 😁! Todays dual cardio sessions! Another of my mini biathlons. Didn’t like my bike trainer but I stuck with her for the hill profile. Started out running with Tommy Rivers but accidentally stopped the run. Had to find a quick run after that so… all in all, a good one hour cardio mixed session.
