Power
Loki Laufeyson x Goddess!reader
A/N- I wrote this at like 2AM so UHHH apologies if it isn’t the best of quality, and it’s also really short. Anyways, enjoy!
summary- Loki argues that he has the greater power, which amuses the goddess.

“You must be insane,” he marches towards you. “do you have not a clue of the power I am capable of?” standing above you as you sit on your throne, your robes drape over your figure like an illusion so beautiful you appear unreal.
But as you stand, the heels of your shoes cause you to win against his height by almost an inch. Not to mention the near buckling of his knees almost shortening his height as you intimidate him, though he would never admit it.
“My love, I think you’re unaware of the power I am capable of,” you speak gently, looking into the blue eyes of the god. “I must say i find it rather amusing that you feel the need make yourself appear as the more powerful one, but you and I both know who that really is. Who really possesses the most power.”
You take his chin between your index and thumb, gently tilting his head upwards for a more detailed angle, still maintaining eye contact. “I could put you under the spells that you dream of. Make you do the things I crave. Put you under my submission. And you would love it. Even if you weren’t under such spells…” He gulps nervously, understanding what you are saying, and knowing it is true. He would indeed love it.
“But of course, you’re the most powerful. Why should i bother?” You sit back on your thrown, chuckling to yourself at Loki’s now slouched form from the affect of your words. “After all, you are the god of mischief,” your legs slowly separate themselves.
“why don’t you do such things yourself?”
