ok so for those of you who didn't watch Rebels- Chopper is Artoo if Artoo was twice as sassy and three times as grouchy and had zero brakes and was determined to commit every single war crime that exists.
They gave Chop arms because he needs them to commit even more crimes. He is a menace and we love him.

And in the end, death is still the ultimate equaliser. In the end, even with the blood of millions of Mandalorians on his hands, Moff Gideon dies like any other living being. There is no exemption. Axe Woves using a light cruiser for the killing blow is a surprise, though perhaps not unexpected given how resourceful Mandalorians must be.
Her whole upper body aches as though she’s been at the forge all day and night, and whilst her arms feel as heavy as a camtono of beskar ingots, her head feels too light, as though her helmet were the only thing securing it to her shoulders. She sits where she stands, her legs nearly giving out under her, and soon others follow her lead.
Bo-Katan Krye strides towards her, and she is cradling her right hand to her chest.
“Lady Kryze,” she greets though she cannot bring herself to rise again. “You are in need of more urgent repair.”
