Saw this analogy and it made so much sense. A bottle of water at Sam's is $0.25. The same bottle in the supermarket is worth about $0.50. The same bottle at fast food place costs $2. In a good restaurant or hotel it can be worth up to $3. At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged $5. The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product. When you feel like you are not worth much and everyone around you belittles you, change places. Do not stay there. Have the courage to change places and go to a place where you are given the value you deserve. Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth. Don't settle for less. You are worthy!

It’s amazing how McDonalds can not get it together during these difficult times. Today, Mother’s Day, my local McDonald’s wasn’t open at 7:15am. No one at the speaker or the windows. So I drive to the next town over and that McDonald’s is Thankfully open. BUT, they cannot sell me scrambled eggs. I’ve seen eggs in all the grocery stores. Is this another ordering issue? I bought Hotcakes. Drove off. Stopped and checked my order. Only two butters (McD policy) but no syrup ( not McD policy). Is McDonald’s trying to chase away business during the pandemic?

Feeling the Impulse to Agree

I was thinking about this rush to make a virus cure without much testing and thought about the “I am legend” movie with Will Smith. The pandemic will become a zombie apocalypse

I’m also worried about this deal with the grocery stores providing an hour a day for just seniors to shop. Hmmm get all the immunocompromised folks in one space and infect them all.
