5 eggs, 6 dl milk, 2 spoons sugar, 1 tea spoon salt, 5 dl flour, 1 dl water, 2 spoons butter, 2 dl whipping cream, jam
Mix 5 eggs, 3 dl milk, sugar and salt.
mix in the flour til it becomes a smoth batter without any lumps. Pour on the rest of the milk and water, the batter can stand for a while now (usually ½-1 hour it’s individual from person to person)
melt 2 spoons butter on the pan, and then mix the butter into the batter, so you don’t have to put so much butter on the pan inbetween each pancake (do it anyway, just a friendly advice). Bake the pancakes and let them cool.
whip the cream, spread whipped cream and jam evenly between each layer of pancakes. Garnish.
Eat! (according to the little green monster muckla at the bottom)

I know this doesn’t go with my blog, but me and my best friend just got tattoos. We’ve both struggled with depression and self harm and this is our sign of recovery. What you see is a seratonin molecule. This is the chemical that a brain lacks when someone is depressed. Now we’re on our road to a permanent recovery. I’m proud of us. I absolutely love these
