a far cry from my usual upload time but i was expecting to finish this last night and ended up not finishing it until this morning. whoops.

ANCARAZ MAGHRADI

Archminister of Prosperity, one of the three leaders of the Alfilian Union. She's an idealist who's committed to assisting the impoverished and curtailing the increasingly pervasive influence of the corporations, which often sees her clashing with both the conservative old guard of the Ministry of Prosperity and the representatives of the Union Commerce Consortium. Recently, she's been looking to build closer ties with Alfilia's bustling mercenary community, presumably to draw them away from the corporations that make up the majority of their clientele.

SAZIULI ETZAAL

Second-in-command of the Ministry of Prosperity. The highest-ranking non-alefi officer within the Union's government, and an avowed pacifist- a rarity, for a sie'lin. A busybody who's often seen rotating through the Ministry's various departments to see if there's anyone in need of assistance with their work. In recent times, the Archminister has assigned her the role of liaison between the Ministry and the Agency for Registry and Regulation of Paramilitary Operators- a role she quite mislikes, but carries out without complaint.

RIRIEN VEL

A former veteran mercenary who retired from the battlefield to become the current head of the Agency for Registry and Regulation of Paramilitary Operators. Reliable and level-headed, she's well respected in the mercenary community, even by the rogues who for one reason or another refuse to work within the Agency's system. She's known as a keen negotiator who personally reviews all the job offers submitted to the Agency to ensure that the mercenaries taking them aren't being tricked into a mess far above their paygrades. The disastrous Refinery 63 operation that gutted the First Strike Operations group was something she sees as an inexcusable failure on her part, and she has been providing what support she can to Alecca Sannari's search for the truth of that fateful day.
