Former City Of Eugene, City Hall - Eugene Oregon - April 2009
Eugene City Hall, also known as the Civic Center, was the city hall of Eugene, Oregon, United States, the second-largest city in Oregon, from 1964 to 2012. It was a mid-century modern, single-story structure with a central plaza and underground parking. It was opened in 1964, closed in 2012 and demolished in 2014–15, with plans for its replacement by a new city hall. - Wikipedia
The former location is now a parking lot and the promised City Hall is still but a dream in 2024. City services are found throughout the city in rented building.

I may have to spend a couple of days in Portland later in the year. Wonder if this is a worthwhile place to try.
