Step 1: Power onX300 Classic G3 and connect to a WiFi
Setting Wi-Fi :
On desktop, select [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [Wi-Fi].
Tap the bar switch icon behind the Wi-Fi. When it is green, it means Wi-Fi connection is switched on, grey means it is switched off.
Connecting to WLAN:
After switching on your Wi-Fi connection, the G3 will automatically detect available networks if you are within WLAN coverage. Select the one you need and enter the password to access the Internet.
Step 2: Select ECU Flasher>> ECM>> ECM V30.60>> med17.5>> AUDI Bosch MED17.5 TC1766

Step 4: Follow the Pinout diagram to connect MP001 Programmer and Audi ECM by OBDSTAR ECU Bench Jumper, and connect MP001 to X300 Classic G3 key programmer via the main cable

1. How can I interface and program the control units?
With KESS3 you can program the engine control units (ECU) or transmission control unit (TCU) in three different ways:
OBD – With the OBD mode, you can easily access all the ECU data through the diagnostic socket.
BENCH – With the Bench mode you can access the ECU data directly from the connector
BOOT – With Boot mode, with the engine control unit opened, you could connect directly to all the memories of ECU/TCU.
2. What is the difference between Master and Slave?
As a Master user, you can read the files in clear. This allows you to operate independently in order to remap and reprogram the ECU with modified files. As a slave user, only your master will be able to decrypt your files. (Recommended choice for taking the first steps in chiptuning, supported by your Master)
3. Can I update slave version to Master version?
Yes, you need pay the price difference to update it.
4. I have kess3 slave, if i buy kess 3 master from you, can you bind my slave one to the master? Yes, we can do this 5. Can i activate master license and slave license to the same device? No, you cannot.
6. Can I unbind license if i purchase kess3 from othe dealer, then purchase license from you? No possible to unbind device no matter where you buy the machine. You can only buy license and subscription from your own supplier
7. Can i use the tool if subscription expires? Yes, afte the subscription runs out, you still can use it and will have access to all the protocols you had until its expiration date,but if you want to use the latest update softwrae, you need pay new subscription. And after subscription expires, the VR files not possible. Moreover, won't have access to: - technical assistance - VR function - Cloning - All the online services such as ORI file download.
8. If my subscription expires on 1 Nov, 23, I don't renew it until 1 May 24, when does the new subscription expire?  From day it ran out.
9. If when my master kess3 subscription is due in Oct, 11th, 2023 and l decide not to carry on paying. Can i have all the protocol updates if I pay for the subscription 6 month later? Yes, you will have all protocols from expiry to renewal period.
10. How to check device serial number? SN is on the back of the kess3 unit, or check in AlienSuite software.
11. What types of vehicles are supported?

The K-suite software and the all related services and infrastructures will continue to be updated and totally functional. After your subscription will be expired, it will no longer be possible to download new protocols

Here is a new tutorial about how to unlock genuine/OEM chip type 8a keys by Lonsdor K518 Pro Key Programmer.

Make sure K518 Pro is connected to a WiFi well

Step 1: Identify original key
Select Special functions>> Identify/Copy chip>> Identify/Copy

Put the original car key into the card slot of K518 Pro key programmer
Identify the key chip type is 8A-A9, and the key is locked.

Step 2: Unlock Toyota smart key (8A)
Select Special functions>> Unlock key>> Toyota smart key>> 8A>> Unlock Toyota smart key (8A)

This function only supports unlocking Toyota 8A (39/88/A8/A9/AA/BA/F3) genuine/OEM smart keys.
Make sure the key battery is fully charged.

To perform tasks such as ECU Repair, ECU Cloning, or read-write operations on the SID310 ECU, it is necessary to retrieve the OBD password from the respective vehicles of Nissan, Renault, Dacia, or Opel. In Hexprog II Tuner software, there is an option available to retrieve this OBD password, but it can only be done in boot mode due to the enhanced security of the ECU.

Connect VNCI Suzuki scanner to a computer via USB cable
Go to Computer Management (Local)>> Device Manager>> WIN-ITAUOR5FFKE>> Network adapters>> Bosch VCI>> Update driver

Click “Browse my computer for driver software”

Click “Let me pick form a list of available drivers on my computer”

Select “Bosch VCI” to update the driver

Click “Configure” to configure USB
If it prompts the error message “Unable to detect the presence of VCI on USB port. Please make sure that the VCI is powered ON. Press Configure to Retry. (29)” as shown in the figure below

1.Don’t click on “OK”
2.Restart the computer

3.Don’t connect the USB cable!

4.Install VNCI SUZUKI SDT-II 2.29.0.4 software again

Step 3. Install VNCI Device Manager V1.9
Open VNCI MDI 1.90 on the desktop
Select language, and follow the prompt to install
Install VNCI Device Manager V1.9 successfully
Go to computer management to check the network adapter, Bosch VCI is installed successfully

Step 4. Update VCI Device Manager Software and Firmware
Open VCI Device Manager on the desktop
Update the software and firmware to the latest version

Step 5.Connect VNCI 6516SZ Scanner
Run VCI Manager (6516-Suzuki)
Click on “Connect” to connect VCI

Step 6. Set up Suzuki SDT-II software
Open Suzuki SDT-II software on the desktop
Select the language and destination you desire
Then start to diagnose Suzuki vehicles with VNCI 6516SZ Suzuki diagnostic interface.

1.Keyboard Functionality Comparison
Multi-Prog is better than CG FC-200 in this function. You can use the keyboard to check the ECU manufacturer or others on Multi-Prog software quickly, no need for a mouse. It’s really a plus. But FC200 doesn’t have this ability, and you can only navigate through the software using the mouse.

5.ECU/TCU Compatibility Comparison
Compared with CG FC200 ECU Programmer, the Xhorse Multi-Prog Programmer has a larger variety of supported ECUs. Multi Prog supports more ECUs and TCUs on PSA, FIAT, BMW, Opel, Mercedes, Renault, Nissan, Ford, VAG, etc (e.g. DCM3.5, DCM6.2A, DCM6.2C, DCM7.1A, DCM7.1B, Valeo V56.x SID807, etc).

In summary:
Xhorse Multi-Prog ECU Programmer is the best especially when you have an option of reading chips and MCU's and also be able to read IMMO data. But a great advantage for FC200 for Mercedes-Benz. The VGS-NAG3 9G Tronic that VVDI Multiprog doesn't have. It is recommended to have both tools on hand if you have sufficient budget.

CGDI CG70 Airbag Reset Tool added Toyota 89245-0D030, 89245-0T010, 89245-74010 (Steering Angle Sensor) uPD703230, and 370 additional airbag models, and also fixed some known problems in the newest software V1.1.0.0. Here we take 89245-74010 SAS as an example to show how to repair with CG70.

Preparation:
Tool: CGDI CG70 + PC
Accessories: Jumper, USB cable, Power supply
SAS model: Toyota 89245-74010 (Steering Angle Sensor)

How to operate?
Connect CGDI CG70 and PC via USB cable, and supply power to CG70
Run CG70 software, input 89245 in the search box to quickly find 89245-74010 (Steering Angle Sensor)
There is a related operation instruction in red on the right side.

1.Check the wiring diagram and follow it to connect CG70 and Toyota SAS by the Jumper
We need to connect +12V power, GND, CAN-H, and CAN-L cables.
After connection, click “SAS Repair” button to start repairing

2.Turn the SAS internal wheel left or right, and stops until the Angle deviation value is adjusted to 0. Wait for 5 seconds and the repair is successful.

3.Check if the SAS internal wheel stays in the position same as the wiring diagram, if not, manually open the SAS and put the wheel in the correct position.
Note: Don’t turn the SAS internal wheel during dismantling.
