Guys I need help. Like legit help.
So money here has been super tight, weâve been unemployed for a month. We both started our jobs, but itâll be a few weeks before we can even get a proper paycheck. We had eleven dollars in my account that was going to go for groceries. And Amazon took it out of the account for prime. Well I cancelled prime and asked for a refund, but itâs not back yet, and weâre supposed to go grocery shopping when my boyfriend gets off work. We have less than 5 dollars for everything we need.
If anyone can help, can spare 10 or so dollars, my venmo is @ enchanted0rose. Iâm begging guys, I have nowhere else to turn.Â

connection: old flame/ex-partner. bonus points if theyâre also a fae or supernatural~
plot: Elliadore & your muse used to be together (partner, lover, whatever works) & had something intense & special, itâs been a while since they split & while on one of his adventures for work, Eli sees your muse again for the first time since thenâ only theyâre with someone else (whether thatâs a relationship or not is up to you!) & Eli is feeling a little jealous but he canât make a big scene because heâs there to meet someone for a dangerous job. probably drama & adventure tbh.
The taste of bile rose in his throat and burned at the back of his tongue, silencing any comment he may have been brewing within his headâ seeing them here had been a shock all in itâs own right and Eli had been trying to catch his thoughts as well as his breath when he saw that they seemed to be with someone and this quickly clouded his mind with jealousy. His jaw tensed and the man glanced away, attention placed back on the glass of wine heâd been nursing for the last half hour, in an easy and careless act he finished off the liquid and flagged down a waiter.
âGet me a triple shot of vodka,â he instructed the waiter, sighing heavily and shooting another glance at the other across the high end restaurant and club. The waiter nodded and moved away to fulfill his order and Eli sat there trying to make up his mind on what he was to do, now that he knew they were there he couldnât help but start to sense them in the ways he used to when they were together.
Even this far away he thought he could catch a vague hint of their scent and their energy was stirring the jealousy within his gut, fortunately his drink came quickly and he was able to quell the urge to ruin their night with vile words and a sudden appearance. Instead, he downed his drink and stood, gaze fixing on them before he turned and moved towards the bar to get himself another, walking through their line of eye-sight.
This had to be the most boring blind date Adelaide had ever been on. He was nice enough, and he was handsome... but he had no personality. No exciting edge. Maybe because her last boyfriend had been a bit too exciting... every date with Eli had been an adventure. It was both one of his better qualities and also the downfall of their relationship. She just wasnât made for that sort of thing... at least she hadnât believed so at the time. Now she craved that excitement again and no other man seemed to achieve that.Â
It was a sign from a higher power when Eli walked past their table, eyes going a bit wide as she watched him go to the bar. She excused herself quickly, eager to get away from this boring date as she stood up and trailed after him. She knew he could sense her, probably already had. He always knew where she was. It was a comfort when they had been together. âEli.â She said breathlessly as she approached him at the bar, a small smile on her face. âHi, how have you been?â

open: females (age gap is welcome but not necessary)
muse: javier (test muse aged 45-50 )
plot: theyâve planned on go on a trip to javierâs mountain cabin with friends and family, javier and your muse leave first to get ahead of everyone, but an unexpected snow storm hits and the power goes out not long after they arrive, and they end up getting snowed in pretty fast, leaving them stuck in the cold cabin in need to find ways to keep them warm throughout the evening and night.! maybe staying on the couch in the living room together could help keeping us warm? skin to skin is supposed to help too, right?!
connection: ( friendâs daughter, daughterâs bff, a friend, fwb, ex fwb, ex girlfriend, ex fiance, ex wife etc.. anything, just lmk!)
( made in legacy, but can change to beta )
it had been a long while since any had been to check on and visit their cabin, so for the occasion he figured why not make a whole trip out of it, he invited family, friends and their families, hoping to have a wonderful time in the snowy mountain. as they were leaving, all of them had split up into multiple cars, with theirs being the first one out, and was loaded with all their food, loads of firewood as well as their own belongings of course. as javier got into the driver seat, he looked over at the other in the passenger seat seat, flashing a smile he asked if they were all ready to go, and when they were, they took off driving.. he couldnât say he expected her to want to drive with him, but as she was the only one willing to go up before everyone else with him, to set up and make the cabin ready, which he really didnât mind.. now the drive there was long, but theyâve kept it to rather friendly conversations, and talks about going out skiing, playing in the snow and everything else theyâd get up to and so on..
but on the last stretch of the road, going up the hills, a really bad snow storm hit them, one that he hadnât known would come, and nothing on their drive made it even possible to predict one, it just came out of nowhere. They even had trouble getting all the way to the top where the cabin was, but somehow his car made it.. talking amongst themselves before making the run from the car to the building, they created a plan for who would take what.. he would take the heavy things, like the firewood and their belongings, some of the groceries if he had to, and sheâd try her best getting some of the food inside, or whatever she could carry.. getting from the car to the cabin with all their things was a different story.. fighting the wind and snow wasnât something he was all that excited by. and after letting out a few juicy and heated words and phrases, he forced themselves inside one last time before slamming the door shut behind them.. javier peered over at the other, seeing them look all kinds of disheveled and almost like a soaked dog from the snow that was starting to melt off them.. âyou okay?â he asked, a little worried if he was to be honest.. ââ maybe i should get to making a fire for you first?â he said, a small smirk had crept onto his face and carried the firewood over to the large fireplace.Â
Charlie had never been to a cabin like this, had never had a fun winter getaway with friends and family. When she was invited by Javi, she jumped at the chance. She had gotten herself and Shadow all packed up and loaded into Javierâs car and they were on their way, just the three of them in his car while the others drove on behind them. It had been a fun trip, a pleasant car ride... until the snow storm hit. Charlie was white knuckling it the entire time, holding onto her seatbelt and Shadowâs collar as Javier navigated them to the cabin. They almost didnât make it, and Charlie could barely see the cabin when they finally parked.Â
Shadow was having a blast of course, the golden retriever playing in the snow like a puppy while Javier and Charlie loaded up their arms with as much as they could carry. By the time she had ran inside with a few bags of food in her arms, she was already shivering and soaked in melting snow. Shadow trotted in after them, looking much happier than his owner did as he shook off the snow... all onto his mom of course. Charlie let out a small whine as her faithful dog showered her in even more snow, looking at Javier with a pout. âIâll be okay, Iâm just.... cold.â She muttered, setting the food down on the kitchen table and shrugging off her coat. She kept on her gloves and boots, trying to regain some feeling in her digits as she put things away. âA fire would be great, maybe some blankets? Do we have anything hot to drink?â

â A very short time? You thinkinâ you need more than an hour this morning after last night? â Lance thought he had done his best to make the night worthwhile. Truthfully, the male had lost stamina over the years, but he made up for it in little ways by extending his manner of foreplay. Charlie felt light as a feather in his hands. He did his best to reach his room while not being distracted by the taste of her sweet lips. â Donât I, always? â He gently rest her on the bed before joining in suit. He took his time by taking her ankle, kissing up her legs in an antagonizingly long manner. Waiting for her to possible rest him to move faster, his brown eyes holding onto her green ones.
âI think Iâll take as long as you want to give me.â She purred, smiling as he lay her on the bed and knelt at her feet. Her breath caught as his lips trailed up her legs, making her squirm and shiver under his intense gaze. âLance...â She breathed, fingers clutching at her bedsheets before moving to the tie on her robe. âDonât tease me now... too early for that.â She teased weakly.Â

â Okay so kids, no kids is cool with you, â she jotted down on his pen. Val thanks her lucky stars that Angel didnât have an unreasonable set of perameters for what he wanted in a woman. It made her search easier. She had plenty of friends that were currently in the market for a relationship. â You want to get married? You have a look on your face as if you might have just realized that. â Wondering how accurate she was with her observations. Marriage seemed like a dream to her that she sort of buried after their son. There were few men that were willing to marry another woman with kids. â I think thatâs perfect⊠I have a few friends that are relationship shopping. Iâll see when one of them are free and set you two up on a date. â
âI think I did, yeah.â Angel snorted. âI wanna give Camila stability. Not women just coming in and out of her life at the drop of a hat. She needs a mom... a better mom.â He bit his lip, shifting a bit in his spot. Talking about his ex was a touchy subject for him, he tried not to think about the years of his daughterâs life he missed just because of her attitude towards him. He chuckled a bit at Valâs words, nodding a bit. âWell, I trust you. They better be cute.â He told her playfully before getting up. âWell, I donât wanna overstay my welcome... Iâll grab Camila and be on my way.â

Monica looked so vulnerable Carlos just wanted to close the short distance and put his arms around her, as he had done that dayâ as if with that simple gesture, he could erase everything she had been through. But it didnât. A bastard had dared to destroy her essence, turning her into the ghost of these months. That night Carlos hugged her very tightly, squeezed her as much as he could. As if with that embrace he could recompose the pieces of her soul⊠If so, he would never have stopped holding Monica in his arms.
âWhat kind of question is that? I always want coffee.â He replied with a chuckling note in his voice. Carlos had driven so fast here that he hadnât even realized he still had the pillow mark on his cheek. For such a careful and methodical cop, Carlosâ barriers seemed to crumble in front of this woman. And his fingers squeezed Monicaâs for a fraction of a second longer before finally releasing her and walking into her house. He had been here so many times since what had happened that he was moving familiarly with the place. âIâve gotten a little hungry on the way over⊠do you mind if I make a sandwich too?â
Of course he wanted coffee. Carlos was a coffee addict anyway, but he especially needed it with that pillow mark on his face and his hair sticking up on one side and flattened on the other. He looked handsome like this... Monica always thought he looked handsome though. If it had been a different world, maybe something would happen..... but in another world, their paths never would have crossed. She closed and bolted the door behind him, shaking her head at his question. âHelp yourself, you know where everything is.â She murmured, following him into the kitchen to start the coffee pot for him. She fell silent as she worked, scooping the grinds into the machine and pouring in the water before watching it brew, a faraway look on her face.

It was safe to say that Ruby didnât know what she was doing. The sex might be amazing, but Angel was practically broke and the woman generally couldnât waste precious time on someone she couldnât profit from in the future. Still, he made her laugh. There were few who could brag about that, and Ruby was intriguedâ it was refreshing. In a way, that seemed a more than plausible reason to keep wasting time together. âDonât tell me Iâve knocked you off your game, Andy.â She scoffed at the man who was still on the bed while she finished getting herself cleaned up. Her sneer was contemptuous but her eyes seemed to tell a different story, as if messing with Angel was her particular way of showing her affection. âGet off your olâ ass and get dressed. I want you to invite me to lunch.â
Angel knew for a fact Ruby was miles out of his league. She was gorgeous, preferred a life of luxury, things he couldnât really give her as a struggling rockstar. Still, she kept coming around, and he kept enjoying her company and making her enjoy his. He watched her from his perch on the bed, blanket draped haphazardly over his naked body as she got dressed. His brows arched at her words, playful smile never leaving his face. âYou could NEVER knock me off my game.â He teased. âOh? And where do you want me to invite you? I know this damn good taco truck a few blocks away.â

He hoped that this agreement wouldâve been easier. Silas thought it was simple enough to not be a bother, but Adelaide clearly had other ideas about marriage. Silas had no choice other than to tolerate it. Now that everything was signed and done, he had to keep up his end of the bargain. The femmeâs word made him scoff with laughter, â You think Iâd want to go somewhere cheap like a drive thru to get food thatâs probably a biohazard if someone got it tested. Get dressed. Iâll take you out to eat. And when I say get dressed, no sneakers, they have a dress code. â It would be a nice excuse to go to that Italy restaurant heâd been dreaming about the past few weeks. He had already had half a piece suit on from work so he didnât need to get dressed. Silas decided to sit on the couch by the door while he waited for her.
Well, at least she knew his opinion on diner food- it was beneath him. She pursed her lips as she went back to her room to get dressed, taking her time as she picked out her clothes. A part of her thought about wearing something more casual, just to piss him off. All it took was her motherâs voice in her head to do otherwise. She finally made her way down the stairs, her hair curled and pinned back from her face and her body clad in a pretty navy blue dress. She turned her gaze towards him, arching a brow. âIs this good enough for you?â She asked almost dryly.Â

Derek silently noted how Ripley responded to certain things. She seemed to talk with her hand when she got excited about something. He gladly shrugged off the work conversation. Whoever did the wrap on my car previously did a shitty job so I just need to do something to get rid of the chipped paint look. â
âIs it here now? Can I take a look at it?â Ripley asked eagerly, head tilting to the side as she looked up at Derek. âWhat kind of paint job are you thinking about? You want something... cool and detective-y?â She asked, wrinkling her nose and making a face. âSomething that screams âbadass with a badgeâ or something?âÂ

âmy brother hasnât always made the best choices⊠but youâre a rarity. best choice he ever made.â salvatore didnât give compliments easily. in fact, heâd heard once from an ex-girlfriend that he was too repressed for them that he held back too much to be able to compliment anything that wasnât at a surface level. call it the effects of the spiked eggnog he was sipping on, the two of them the last ones awake, sitting on the porch of the dark brambilla household which was filled to the brim with children and grandchildren visiting for the holidays. they were lit by christmas lights and a dim porch light that hadnât been replaced in years. he just⊠liked her. of course heâd noticed how beautiful she was when they were introduced, but her humour had caught him off guard. heâd even found himself shushing his brothers just to hear her thoughts when theyâd all been ripping through the takeout boxes on the table.Â
sighing, he finished off his drink and then watched her with curiosity as he saw her shiver. shedding his jacket without a second thought, he handed it over. âhere.â he watched as she put it on, staring for a touch too long before he looked away, staring down at his boots. âwouldnât be surprised if youâre engaged before we all go home and then weâll all be jealous we didnât meet you first.âÂ

plot: salvatore is the eldest brother in his family and has taken care of everyone for as long as heâs known how to, including their mother. his younger brother has brought your muse home for the holidays and the two of them get along a little too well. slow burn, preferably. very open to plotting this out more!
It was the first time Monica had ever been to a big Christmas gathering like this. Usually it was just her and her Gran, with a few small presents under the tree and stockings full of paints and yarn. The rest of the day would be spent eating chili and watching The Golden Girls. This year, she was with her boyfriendâs family, surrounded by more family she had ever seen in one room. Cousins and aunts and grandkids and brothers and parents... even better, they all welcomed Monica with open arms. Especially Salvatore, the oldest brother. He was nice, he seemed interested in what she had to say. They found themselves sitting out on the porch, tucked up in their chairs with a warm drink in their hands. Or at least in hers- spiked hot cider specifically.Â
She shivered as a cold breath blew around her, tugging her sweater closer to her. She gasped a bit as he draped his jacket around her shoulders, looking at him with a shy smile. âOh come on, I donât think weâre ready for that yet...â She waved him off with a soft chuckle, sipping her drink and looking out at the yard. âI honestly didnât know it was that serious... not to that level anyway.â

Plot: Based on this. Theo is a Bruins (Bostonâs hockey team), hockey player. (Heâs the centre-forward.) They could be at a reunion of some sort or an event that heâs attending on behalf of his hockey team.
Theo didnât know what to think or do. It had been ages since he last saw them after they broke up. It had been amiable on both ends, they grew up. He still thought of them fondly, however. They were his first love, after all, and sure their relationship hadnât been perfect but he was sure a goner for them. Now that he was seeing them again, he didnât know how to feel about it. Didnât even know how to approach them, they lost contact and he rarely checked his social media nowadays. He was busy with the Bruins and training and ensuring he stayed at the top of his game to benefit the team and club. They looked so good too, making him blush just thinking about it but not letting his fear get the better of him, he approached them and smiled at them. âSo, were you forced to come, or are you here of your own free will?â He asked them teasingly. âWe could always make a quick escape,â he added playfully. Looking at them now, heâs realized just how much he has missed them.
Charlie had honestly been too busy in recent years to reflect on her relationship with Theo. But she had gotten some extra help around the bookstore, had found some boxes of mementos... and well, her mind had wandered. She and Theo had been a fairly good match. Sure they had their fights, had their disagreements... but they were each otherâs first real love. He was her first... everything, really. Including first heartbreak. Even if it had been amicable, it hurt her a lot. Almost as much as losing her parents. When she heard about that hockey event, she had gotten herself a ticket in feeble hopes that maybe heâd be there. Sure enough he was... and he had been the first one to make a move. She smiled up at him, letting out a soft laugh. Just like that, it was like old times. âAre we going out the back door like we used to?â She teased.

â OPEN: f, +21.
â MUSE: Carlos Salazar, 42, Police detective.
â PLOT: in source
âNo no, donât worry, I was still awake.â He lied to reassure her, with the effortlessness that the years gave him along with the factor that heâd say and do literally anything to bring her some peace of mind. Anything. Always. She deserved that, and more, but unfortunately it was all Carlos could offer her. Sitting up from the bed, he juggled with his phone to grab his pants and start dressing quickly, taking a quick glance at the alarm clock on his nightstand. âIâll be there in ten minutes, kiddo.â He grabbed his car keys and exactly 9 minutes and 55 seconds later, the man planted himself in front of her apartment. For a moment, Carlos was unable to articulate a word the moment she opened the door. He merely scrutinized her face eagerly, as he did whenever they met.
Carlos never thought the day would come when he could feel this way: so protective, so⊠helpless. The empty expression on her face haunted him like a ghost at night; he would have given anything not to have seen her so broken, to have saved her so much sooner. The man hadnât promised her anything, even though he didnât need to: he had promised himself. Carlos could see it now, he could contemplate that promise in which he swore to himself that he would keep her safe from now on, that he would protect her and that he would try to bring out every day that smile that rarely reached her eyes, but of which he seemed to get fascinated.
âHola, kiddo.â Carlos hesitated for a few moments, until as if moved by a powerful impulse, he stretched out his hand to reach hers, lightly caressing her fingers with his. A gentle, tender touch. A deep voice and kind eyes as he said: âIâm here.â
Monica tried as hard as she could to be okay. She knew other people needed her to be. Her gran did, after having her be... gone, for as long as she was. It had taken a lot of convincing to keep her Gran from moving into her apartment. Monica needed her own space to deal with this. Needed her studio, filled with paints she couldnât bear to touch. Needed her coffee pot, which was working overtime to keep the nightmares at bay. Needed her bed, which felt too soft and yet too constricting at the same time. She had made up a bed in the middle of the living room floor.Â
Nights were the hardest. She could barely get to sleep, and when she did, the nightmares came quickly. They came and they lased well after her eyes had opened again. Her trauma painted on the inside of her eyelids, replaying over and over again. Not even an intense shower or rubbing her skin raw and red or drinking scalding hot coffee and her meds could really chase them away. Only he could. Carlos, the man who saved her. Who carried her out in his arms and had barely left her side since. It meant more to Monica than she could grasp. He was the only one who didnât ask prying questions about what happened, what she was feeling, if she was okay. He knew. He knew she wasnât.
She swallowed hard as she opened the door ten minutes after they hung up, looking him over. He had definitely been asleep, his hair tousled and his shirt rumpled, but he was here. His voice was soft, not wanting to frighten her like a skittish animal. She kept her gaze on his as he touched her hand, her fingers closing around his. âHi...â She said softly before clearing her throat. âDo you want some coffee...?â

â Okay⊠Suit yourself, â she said brushing off his look. Valdirene didnât often talk about work other than working for someone rather wealthy. It was a bit more complicated than that, but she had to use her looks to get by. She couldnât afford to take care of herself or her son otherwise. The brune listened to him well making a checklist in her mind. â Alright, now weâre getting somewhere. â Finding a napkin and a pen while she jotted things down. â So, do you mind if she has kids or not? Thatâs pretty important. Also, the question of what youâre looking for. Do you want more kids? Do you want something casual or are you looking to possibly get married? If sheâs the right one, of course. Itâs better to figure out your endgame and work backwards. The more specific and detailed you are, the better. Iâll be able to customize it for you from there. Iâll help you find someone thatâs good enough for the both of you, I promise. â
Angel found himself chuckling as she pulled out a pen and paper to take notes. Was this really note worthy? If she was going to find him the perfect woman he supposed.... âI donât mind if she has kids. Iâm open to that. I know âm a good dad.â Angel chuckled a bit, nose crinkling as he thought about it. âMaybe marriage one day... as much as I like to have fun, I should probably settle down at some point...â He made a face at the thought. Camila didnât need a revolving door of women coming through her new home. He thought about it for a moment, lips pursing before looking up at her. âHowâs that?â

Silas had meant plenty of women who believed in that fairytale; the idea of love being real. He never knew it so it didnât necessarily bother him. All Adelaide had to do is sit still and look pretty for him when he needed her too. It was a lot better than the dirty work he was forced to do just by existing. Silas found a way to make himself busy when she had her little tantrum. He was completing some work in his office when he heard her moving around in the kitchen. He laughed, the male intended her to take her out for dinner since it was her first night here. â Are you hungry? I was going to take you out for dinner before you⊠had your little moment there. â
Adelaide froze at the sound of his low laughter- when had he gotten in here? She looked up at him, biting her lip at his words. Dinner would be nice... calling her reasonable reaction to this whole thing a âlittle momentâ was not. It made her sound like a child throwing a fit because they didnât get the right toy for Christmas. âDepends on where you plan to take me.â She turned to face him, arms folding over her chest. âIâm not really a simple diner girl or a drive thru girl.â Okay, she was. But he didnât need to know that. She didnât need to have a good time with him.

In his world, Charlie was a woman that was a once and a lifetime opportunity. He didnât deem himself stereotypically handsome. Lance was more of a personality type of man. The femme always assured him that it was the opposite, but he didnât see it considering he had a dad bod. â Yeah⊠An hour can feel like forever if youâre having a good time, â he said with a suggestive look. Pulling her into another kiss before he positioned himself to be able to carry her. Lance loved carrying her to his bedroom, â Donât mind if I do, loveâŠâ The male wrapped his arms from underneath her knees and carried her bridal-style to their room. He wanted to waste no time spending the lazy morning with her.
âOr can fee like a very short time...â She teased, nose crinkling as she touched their foreheads together. She kissed him back eagerly, arms wrapping around his neck as he scooped her up with ease. Her hands pushed through his hair, nipping his lower lip as she pulled back to look at him mischievously. âYou better make this apology worth it.â She teased, nudging their noses together.Â
