1) I don't have any way to prove this but I figured I'd tell you anyways. My aunt has worked for Sotheby's for decades and has worked with tons of private buyers and their celebrity clients. A few weeks ago she met with Harry's buyer (who she's worked with several times before but for other clients) and then early last week she met with the buyer, Harry, and an artist Harry has become particularly fond of. My aunt then told me that a few days ago when Harry came to buy the pieces,
2) He “brought his partner with him to help make the final decisions.” My aunt said Louis was “very sweet to Harry” and that Louis was “very adamant about Harry picking whatever and exactly he wanted” and in the end, Louis told them to bill it to him as these were “more belated birthday gifts.” My aunt wouldn’t have known anything about Harry’s birthday otherwise so that really confirmed it all for me. Sorry I don’t have a way to fully prove this but I’ll try to answer any questions you have!

I feel like now is important to mention that after everything blowing up when babygate dropped and receipts being leaked etc., because people were frustrated, I now believe some people definitely have receipts that could automatically out Harry and Louis. And I just want to tell you that things are probably going to get messy, there is a lot of scenarios, we don’t know when they will issue denial, we don’t know how things will go and people might start panicking and people will definitely be frustrated. Please, if you have something that could out Louis and Harry, don’t share it. Don’t out them. Don’t do it because of your own frustration. After all they have been through, they deserve to come out the way they want to and the way they chose. They deserve to come out when they want to and it is their story to tell. So please, whatever happens, please do not out them.

I think about that compartmentalization aspect a lot. How hard it must have been to learn to totally ignore each other at first to the point when it was second nature and totally ingrained. I always think about the gif of Harry bumping into Louis at the meet and greet and his expression. First it's like oh no I bumped into someone and then he sees it's Louis and you can see him think oh shit I'm not supposed to bump into *him*. What a terrible thing to have to train yourself to do.
I think about this gif a lot:
The instinct to reach out, the realization that he shouldn’t, the “welp” faces from both of them.
