So propublica shared those nypd disciplinary records the police union has been fighting to keep hidden
There's certainly a lot here, even without many details included, but I think the two wildest stats they've pointed out are:
"According to the records, 303 officers still working at the NYPD have had five or more substantiated allegations against them"
And
'Thirty-four officers have had 40 or more allegations against them"
IN WHAT OTHER PROFESSION IN THE WORLD WOULD THIS BE ACCEPTABLE???

cool fact for people who have a problem with looting:
cops in america are legally allowed to take people’s property (including large sums of money) purely because they feel like it. it’s called civil forfeiture and there are literally thousands of cases of pigs taking people’s property. that is looting.
