A New Adventure
We’ve been dormant for a while, and it’s time to explain why! No we aren’t going anywhere, figuratively :) We have just been hard at work at coming up with new ideas and directions for Embarqr to take!
It is at this time that we would like to announce not one, but TWO products by Embarqr. The first if which you already know, PREPARE. PREPARE is the travel information utility you all use and love, just under a different name. The second of which, we call GONE.
GONE is our new adventure, designed to keep you vacationing more and planning less! Let us take care of your restaurant reservations, taxi rides, and attraction recommendations so you can go out there and enjoy yourself. We aren’t quite ready to release GONE yet, but we are more than ready to let you know it’s coming!
In addition this this amazing new product, we have made a significant change to Embarqr as a whole. Embarqr is now Embarqr Travel Services. We feel this change is necessary to reflect the direction our company is going, and will allow us to branch out more into the travel industry without causing too much confusion.
We hope you are as excited for GONE as we are, and we will see you when it arrives!

Make it a fun vacation with TripAdvisor and Embarqr!
We are happy to announce that TripAdvisor is now integrated with Embarqr! Now when you enter your destination, you can get a quick list of 10 popular attractions in the area, along with the TripAdvisor Traveler Rating.
It's our ultimate goal to make Embarqr as useful as we can while putting the least work on you and we feel that the implementation of TripAdvisor reviews is a step in the right direction.

Locations, airports, and optimization.
We're hard at work here at Embarqr, and we're happy to announce that entering data is now easier than ever!
You can tell us in more detail where you're coming from, thanks to data provided by Google. Embarqr will now recognize common country abbreviations, and even street addresses! Not to worry though, as we only use the region and country information from the data provided.

We're up! What's next?
Quick blog post to get some info out there :)
We have a website, we have a blog, so where do we go from here? One of our primary priorities in the coming weeks is to make product recommendations better, and easier to use. At Embarqr, we think it should be easy to know exactly what you might need for your trip and we want to fulfill that request.
In addition, we hope to make the website more intuitive overall, with more information for your international travel ventures.
