Backstories of the characters

The Lodger Krystal Stardust - She is an 18 year old girl, who loves exploring and flies her jet in her free time. She is a very cheery and friendly person and she mostly hangs out with her friends at the airfield, flying around and doing stunts in her jet. She is a very curious person because she loves exploring abandoned buildings and finding the interesting items they had left behind. Mostly she finds broken robots, blue prints for weird devices and other stuff. Her parents don't approve of her exploring so she does it in secret.

Homeowners Axion Novastrike - He is a 18 year old military soldier and the youngest brother in the family. He lives with his two older brothers in their military base. He is the more carefree one in his family as he also loves to explore around outside their base but doesn't stray too far due to firm orders from his two older brothers.

Zephyron Novastrike - He is 23 years old and he is the second brother in the family. He is in charge of maintaining the systems in their base. He looks after his younger brother and often accompanies him on his outdoor explorations. He also helps his older brother with building the ship they need to get out of this place.

Cypher Novastrike - He is 28 years old and is the eldest brother in the family. His main goal is to get out of this place with his brothers. During the apocalypse, they were abandoned at this place when the people left the planet and he has been looking after his brothers and looking for a way to leave this planet. Zephyron and him have been building a space ship to leave but it was still in operation. He has narrowed down a few other planets which are habitable and from some encounters with other worldly beings when they crashed on their planet, which ones they were able to go to and star a new life.

The home Their home is the military base because that is the place they lived at since 10 years ago when the apocalypse hit their planet. Most people had evacuated in other ships but some were left behind. The three brothers were living with their mother but she had passed due to radiation poisoning 5 years after the apocalypse. The 3 brothers however had developed immunity against the radiation after some time so they began searching for other survivors but sadly found none as the ones who were left behind had died to poisoning. There were creatures who had been mutated but they had all disappeared after some time and never seen again but they were still wary when they went out for their searches. The base the brothers lived in belonged to their father, who was one of the important heads of research on their planet and had been prepared for a situation like this so the base had ample equipment and resources to last them for about 20 years along with robotic assistants. The brother wanted to leave because the thought of life being on other planets called out to them and they had been alone on this planet for 10 years.

The Storyline

A girl entering a military facility in a post apocalyptic world

Krystal Stardust is an 18 year old girl, who had discovered the Inter dimesional ship by accident in her home world. It was hidden in an underground bunker, which she stumbled upon while exploring an abandoned research facility. Upon entering the ship, she was curious about what it was and tried to fly it because she knew how to fly ships but this was a bit different than what she was used to.

After some tinkering, she managed to find out that the ship was in fact an inter-dimensional spaceship. She took off and as she was flying, she accidently activated some strange circuits and before she knew it, she was blasted into what looked like a post apocalyptic world, she didn't have time to use the ship's console to check where she was because an alarm rang inside before the ship started to descend rapidly. In panic, she hit the emergency thrusters but they failed, she braced herself as the ship crash landed onto the ground.

She left the ship to go look out for parts that she may scavenge to fix her ship. As she returned, she noticed the crash site and her ship gone. She spied some tracks leading away and while on alert, she started following them. She came to a ridge and behind that she saw what looked like a military facility and to her dismay, she saw them towing her ship into some kind of hangar. She had to get there and try to get to her ship.

After some tries, she had managed to get in undetected. She searched through the halls, hiding whenever she saw one of the military men, looking for her ship. She finally found the hangar that had her ship but as she was about to break in, the door opened by itself and one of the military soldiers stepped out. When she saw the officer, she froze, knowing that she was caught. The young soldier widened his eyes as he saw the young girl in front of him. She immediately ran off as the officer ran behind her. She avoided him by changing course into a different corridor but she slowed as she had come to a dead end. She turned to look as the soldier came up holding his gun at her. She raised her hands as she let him take her to a separate room for questioning.

Concepts for the Lodger

A cowboy meeting a girl in her house

A 30 year old cowboy is lost in a barren area when he stumbles upon a farmyard in a low valley. He is tired and lost so he makes his way to the front door, which is opened by a young woman, who looks at the stranger curiously. He asks her for help before passing out. She takes pity on him and tends to him as he recovers. He wakes up in a bed as she comes up to him with a drink, as they exchange conversations and she inquires as to where he came from and what he was doing in this part of the country.

2.A girl entering a military facility in a post apocalyptic world

An 18 year old girl named Krystal, is stranded on a post apocalyptic world after an accident with her spaceship. She is exploring around the terrain looking for a power source to fix her ship. When she returns, she notices her ship is gone and sees tracks leading away from where she was, She follows them and stumbles upon a military facility, where she sees them holding her ship. She then infiltrates the base but she unexpectedly meets one of the soldiers, who then attempts to capture her but she runs away to hide, but not before the soldier raises the alarm, alerting everyone that someone has intruded their base.

A 25 year old girl named Tara is exploring an undiscovered part of the Amazon, when she comes across a crack in the ground. she cautiously approaches it but the ground starts cracking more and she falls through the floor. She lands in a small pool of water and gets up, wiping herself down. She looks around trying to figure out where she is when she hears a clicking and then a screech. She looks down to where she sees a groups of tiny dinosaurs, approaching towards her. She slowly starts to back away when she hears a low growl behind her in the bushes. She gasps and then runs away in fright, looking around frantically, coming to realization that she was in a place that seemed to be out of time.
