Find missing MSN emails
Sent messages missing
Sometimes emails are lost from the inbox, this same situation happens in MSN. hence, in this blog, we will know about fixing this problem. Still, if you have this problem so you can contact our expert team at MSN Customer service.
Copies of your messages don't appear in your Sent Messages box or aren't in the folders where you stored them, these steps can help you to get them back.
There are the following steps to follow:-
From the home page, click the Mail & More option in the icons at the top.
At the left navigation on screen, click each of the Sent Messages folders under Folders on MSN and under Folders on your Computer for see if copies of your sent emails are there. If not, continue with the next steps.
At the top of the screen, click the Help & Settings icon and then click email Settings.
Click Email options.
Make sure both of these options are checked:
• Save a copy of each sent message in the Sent Messages folder
• Save a copy of each sent message in the Sent Messages folder on this computer
Emails stored in Folders on your computer are missing
These following steps are helpful for storing back email in your folder.
Click on each of the folders that appear below your inbox under Folders on MSN, and on all folders listed under Folders on my computer to check for your missing messages.
Or, if you remember details about the email, you can search for a specific email by clicking the Mail & More icon at the top of the screen.
Click for Find a specific message or type shift+F3 from your keyboard.
In the window, enter any details you remember in either the From, Subject, or Message text fields, and then click Find Now. Messages that match your search terms will display.

MSN problem when it needs to close or MSN is not responding Error
In MSN a program can freeze when any errors or damages happen in its file.know more about this error contact to MSN Customer Service.

The solution for this problem there are few steps below for fixing it. This problem occurs with different windows:
The fixing problem in Windows Vista & 7:
Firstly, Go to Start option then Control Panel and open Administrative tools. If you don’t see this, then take a look at the upper right side of the screen and at View by box select either small or large icons so there see the Administrative Tools.
Open Event Viewer.
Now, Expand Windows Logs on the left and select Application.
Click on Filter Current Log at the right-hand side of the page.
On the Filter Log window check Error and on the Event ID box type 1000 and then click on Ok
At the results, click the latest application error and which will give you the faulting module of the internal error.
Make sure that the Faulting Application says MSN.exe as you may see several application errors that is not associated with MSN Crash.
For Windows XP:
On the first, Go to Start then Control Panel and open Administrative tools. If you do not see this, take a look at the upper right side and on the View by box select either small or large icons so we'll see the Administrative Tools.
Open Event Viewer
Now, Click on Application on the Left Panel
After step 3, Click on View on top then select Filter. On the event ID box type in 1000 and make sure to only select the Error box on top.
Look for the latest Error and click on it. It would give you the faulting module of the internal error. Now, have to make that application that is not associated with MSN Crash.

MSN key ports problem
While downloading new version of MSN, there is the error occurs. That all problem occurs because of Keyport problem of MSN. for any other query contact to MSN Help Center.
There are the following steps to follow which will helps you for fixing this problem:
Step 1 - first of all, Press Ctrl+alt+delete for access the 'windows task manager'
Step 2 - Click on the 'process tab' and end both "wlcomm.exe" and "msnmsgr.exe". This will help you for fixing the error.
Step 3 - Open up Internet Explorer and go to tools and click on 'Internet Options'
Step 4 - Click the 'Advanced' tab on the top right
Step 5 - At the bottom, you should see something that says "Reset Internet Explorer Settings"....click the reset button and then read the pop-up and confirm your IE reset by clicking the second reset button at the bottom of your pop up screen
Step 6 - After the reset completes - open up internet explorer (make sure you close Firefox if you are using it) and run thru the 'Internet Explorer-Set up Screen' (you do not have to set Internet Explorer as your homepage/default browser/change you default search provider)
Step 7 - now exit Internet Explorer and re-open it once more (leave Firefox or any other browser closed) then open up Live/MSN Messenger and log-in
