Otter in Japan pt. 5 🌸
Next day we went for Ramen! We waited for around 20 minutes and were really lucky because after us, people waited in line for about 50 minutes! 💦
(It was really tasty!)
After that, we saw a super cute café and had to eat there, too! It was a big mistake as we were already full with ramen, but… the greed 🥞
(These were delicious as well!)
In the evening we prepared for the next day - the teamLab museum! And Blep had his way with the otter again 👅

Otter in Japan pt. 4 🌸
After our little accident we went with the Shinkansen to Tokyo 🎉 we had snacks and a nice view!
After we arrived in Tokyo, we went to sunshine city and saw a friend on a wall! But we didn’t visit said friend because there wasn’t much time (and we already went to an aquarium in Osaka) 🦦
Instead we went (second hand) shopping on a flee market; and later shopping in the mall
*sad otter noises, happy carrier noises*
On that second hand flee market, human saw another otter which looked a bit dumb (in a nice way) but also cute
In the end, big blep was allowed to come with us. He is a bit clingy though 🦦 and he doesn’t have a name yet; until he has one, he is just blep 👅
#mistakes were made that day#but I saw blep for like 5 times#and then I just had to take him with me#and he was cheap so I couldn’t resist#second hand in Japan is a blessing btw#everything looks barley used#otter in Japan#tell me to stop and I won’t#jk I will

Otter in Japan pt. 3 🌸
Today the Otter thought he'd try something new: a bike tour, the Shimanami Kaido from Onomichi 🚲
Unfortunately, his legs were too short and he fell off his bike. Sadly, so did the replacement rider, so the tour had to be ended prematurely with minor abrasions. We had to take a boat back to Onomichi. The otter was hugged a lot (to calm him from the fall)
Back at the Hotel, the otter first treated himself to a good Japanese curry. Then we went to the castle and shrine in Fukuyama.
And before going back, we went to McDonalds. But just for an azuki shake (yes, sweet beans for the otter, very nom)

Otter in Japan pt. 2 🌸
We then travelled again on a ferry: to a rabbit island (Okunoshima). They gave the otter a strange look (food?). But the day was nice and together with a friend they went back 🐰
On the way to the hotel, the otter wandered unattended through the station and saw some interesting things 🦦
Luckily he didn’t murder or lecture anyone
Right before bed he got a sweet treat 🍡
And in the night we had a little earthquake! But Otter Lucas was unimpressed. He simply continued sleeping.

Otter in Japan 🌸
Lucas the Otter started a little journal!
He travelled by boat to Miyajima and hiked (with a little help) up Mount Misen. There was a shrine, a beautiful bridge, lots of forest and stairs. At the end, there was fried oysters to celebrate his achievement 🦪 (otter nom)
The next day we went to Hiroshima. That was very sad, so there are no otter selfies. But the okonomyaki at the end of the day was very delicious!

As soon as you said it, it was obvious. Chandelier drop, just like in phantom of the opera. Although that sounds more like Lucas' wheelhouse - big, dramatic and extra af. Plus, it sends a message.
Lucas would make sure to put the man on stage, with a sign around his neck and make him talk, so everyone could hear his confession, only to drop a light from the stage on him.
He needs the world to know who the bad people are

Random Hitman question: 47 has gotten the contract to assassinate someone at the opera, let's say a corrupt politician in the audience. Would he
A) knock out an usher/worker, dress in his uniform, poison the target's champagne in the intermission?
B) infiltrate backstage, climb the rafters and shoot with a silenced pistol from up there.
C) knock out a singer, walk right on stage and somehow perform the deed from there (think Wilhelm Tell, but the crossbow is very real)
D) steal someone's ticket, sit behind the target and quietly stab them/poison them?
E) another way.
Also for your consideration: Diana dressed to the nines in a private booth, giving mission support with an opera glass, Olivia back at the safehouse with her computer providing additional support and Lucas handling getaway through the catacombs like some phantom of the opera knock off in cargo pants and a permanent scowl at the superfluous decadence

(I don't want to go nagging on IOI's Twitter, but new maps would be so cool - playing in an opera maaan, how cool would that be)
Hard to say how 47 would approach it! Probably all options would be kinda his thing. From the silent assassin's point of view, B would not be a good option (gun wounds? doesn't sound like a convincible accident).
I think C, as cool as it is, would also be difficult to pull off without fleeing the stage and piggybacking Diana out of the opera.
D could work under certain circumstances, but it would have to be very dark. What if the middle-aged woman next to 47 looks at him with raised eyebrows and then shouts "HEY, YOU"?
(I hate those NPC btw, whenever they see me doing my illegal shit they come at me like HEY YOU)
I think A would really be the best option. If he wants to go for silent assassin that is
If 47 craves chaos, he would certainly place a ducky on his seat. Or drop a chandelier. Perhaps pretending to be Helmut Kruger and get the politician backstage in a private room after the show? 👀
In any case, Diana has fun watching and is amused by Lucas' pointed remarks from the catacombs (knock off phantom of the opera in cargo pants 😂)
I can well imagine Olivia as a waitress, standing at the cloakroom and putting a GPS device in the politician's pocket. Or bringing the poisoned champagne with a big smile. Lucas is adamantly against Olivia being in the middle of a mission, but she's an adult, she can do what she wants.
And 47 is happy that he has a helping hand. Because someone didn't want to put on a suit to help out at the opera house.
But which option would you prefer??

I think it's great that this has almost 20k notes and everyone is excited for this idea (me too), but IOI is still only listening to the dudes on Reddit with like 10 notes per complaint
They’ll never do a Hitman level set in a Furry Convention because gamers would absolutely ruin it but imagine. like the target isn’t a furry he just owns a hotel that happens to have one every year but you can disguise yourself in a fursuit and some guy will ask you “what species is your sona” and 47 would be like “a wolf. i always felt a connection with…hunters.” and then diana would be like “let’s see if you can sniff out some information, furrty-seven” and then he comes to my house and kills me for writing this
