The Seven Stings Hex
Tumblr media
This is a hex intended to provide long term irritation and discomfort to the target until they’ve learned a specific lesson.
Materials
- 7 white tealights
- 7 thorns (I use bougainvillia or rose but any will do)
- Vinegar
- Sea salt
- Small bottle
- Needle
- Target’s name on paper
Steps
1. Soak your thorns in vinegar for whatever amount of time you feel you need. I usually leave mine for a few hours
2. Line your seven candles up so that they are next to each other, you can have them in either a row or a circle, whichever you like!
3. Light all your candles and place a thorn in front of each. Picture the energies of each thorn and candle linking to one another.
4. Fold the piece of paper with your targets name so that it has three layers.
5. Needle in one hand and paper in the other, recite the following chant (I like to do another chant more specific to the situation before this one as well). As you speak it, pierce the paper with your needle.
“Mind, body, soul - my hex will take its toll.”
Place the paper and the needle in your bottle for later.
6. Next, repeat the following words. As you say each line, extinguish on of your candles and place its respective thorn into your bottle.
“Seven days of slight unease
Seven nights of restless sleep
Seven dawns of nagging guilt
Seven dusks of bad luck built
Seven days of karma coming
Seven days of endless running
Seven days of all you’ve earned
Until your lesson you have learned
But should the lesson stay unheeded
These seven days shall be repeated”
7. Throw a pinch of salt in the bottle. Meditate with the open bottle for awhile and focus on your intent, allow your energy to flow into it. When you’re ready, seal the bottle. You may use wax for this if you wish.
8. Leave the bottle in a cold, dark place to add to the discomfort. I left mine outside during a storm. Don’t forget to cleanse your space and yourself after performing a hex! Once you feel the bottle has done its work, burn its flammable contents and cleanse everything else.
I like to perform this hex at night on the evening of a new moon, and of course for any hexes or curses a stormy night is always best, however as always your intent is the main ingredient!

This is vaguely pointing at cryptids during numerous points here and I feel like OP has some experiences there
Bodies of water
I’ve come across many bodies of water in my life. Whether they be lakes, ponds, creeks, streams, or the ocean. Here are some things I know and information that’s been passed down to me.
If a path leads you too a pond or spring be weary before going in. You don’t know what lives there.
If it’s a pond everyone swims at still use discretion. Especially a lone.
Leave only your foot prints or you will not be welcomed again.
No matter how strong of a swimmer you are, you can still drown.
Clear water holds the same amount of dangers as murky water, just a different kind.
Be kind, pick up trash, whatever lives there might decide it doesn’t like what you leave behind and follow you home.
If you hold your breath to sit on the bottom make sure to hold on to something in the more shallow end. You might find yourself deeper then you remember going if not.
Be nice to the fish, they know what else lives there, you don’t.
Don’t be loud. It’s disrespectful.
Don’t swim against a current even if you know you’re strong enough to get where you’re going. There’s a reason it’s taking you that way.
Watch out for rip tides, they can be fun to play in if you know what you’re doing, but they are deadly. Always make sure you swim parallel to the beach and not against the current to escape.
Check shells before putting them up against your ear. It was once a home.
Seaweed is startling when it brushes against your leg, but if the water is to murky for you to tell what touched you, move along.
Even if the water is clear and blue you won’t see the things that could hurt you. Not unless you’ve live in and/or near the water most of your life.
Swimming at night is dangerous. Just don’t do it.
If you’re one of the people who swims at night, hopefully you know the place you’re swimming like the back of your hand during the day.
Always keep a light, preferably a fire, on the beach. Never take it into the water with you.
Creeks and shallow rivers are also dangerous. Maybe for not what lives in them but around them.
Be mindful of animal tracks along the shores and banks of water.
If you feel something watching you while you’re in the water. Do not call out to it. Move to the shallows. You may stay as long as you like but do not swim where you can’t stand, and when you leave do so swiftly. Leave nothing behind. Do not turn around and do not run.
You may know how to swim, but not as well as what lives in the water.
You are only a visitor here.
Feel free to add anything if you’ve heard more!!

The Darker Elements
This is a post about my personal recognition and use of the “darker” elements. These elements are based around the four basic elements, only with more aggressive and destructive qualities.
Tumblr media
⛤ Rot, the Darker Aspect of Earth ⛤
Earth energy is normally associated with life, fertility and growth. More often than not, we focus on the growth aspect. Spring is normally what we think of with Earth energy; the growing of flower, the blooming of trees, the Earth waking up from her long winter slumber.
The Darker aspect of the Earth is Rot, or Decay or Fermentation. This is a vital cycle in the Earth’s life and is usually observed in Autumn when the trees shed their leaves and we can smell the wet, decaying smell of them. However, Rot is more. Without the act of rotting, nothing new can grow in the dead thing’s place. When trees fall and rot, when an animal dies and the flies swarm, this is the power of Rot. It is not pretty, and it is not a beautiful thing. It is a necessary thing.
Associations: The stench of rotting flesh (animal or plant), mold, flies and maggots, blood and bloating.
⛤ Tempest, the Darker Aspect of Air ⛤
Air energy is usually associated with intellectual thinking, creativity, wit and freedom. Air is seen as wild and untamable, constantly flowing and moving in a never ending dance. Air is light and fresh and uplifting.
The Darker aspect is the Tempest, the Gale, the Typhoon. This is the true meaning of untamable. Air becomes wind, filled with a violent strength, able to heave earth and fall trees. The unseen force becomes a physical power, a destructive force of nature. There is no safety or freedom in the Tempest. She is a brutal, terrifying force that can bring the world to it’s knees if she is wrathful enough.
Associations: The sharp sting of rain that only a windstorm can bring, the howl of the wind, the alarming creaking you hear as houses and trees strain to stay upright under the assault.
⛤ Lava, the Darker Aspect of Fire ⛤
Fire energy is usually seen as the “dark” element. Fire itself is already destructive. It burns and destroys, leaving only ash. However, Fire can also offer light and heat and warmth. Fire can be a soothing element as well as a dangerous one.
The Darker aspect of this is Lava or Magma. This is Fire in all it’s destructive power. There is no simple warmth from Lava. To come even close to it would mean to melt your skin. It is the deepest, most hidden part of our world, it’s core. The Earth herself cannot withstand the heat. Rock and stone melt into a thick, semi-liquid.
Associations: Searing, blistering, the earth itself bursting into flame, rock melting and sluggishly moving like water bringing with it all the destruction of fire.
⛤ Abyss, the Darker Aspect of Water ⛤
Water energy is seen as constantly flowing, adaptable. It rules the emotional realms and is associated with intuition and all manner of psychic abilities. Water is a necessary force, it makes up most of our bodies and we need it to survive. It serves a variety of different purposes in our lives.
The Darker aspect of Water is Abyss. Deep down in our oceans, there comes a point where the light is not strong enough to penetrate the water. In this, we find the Abyss energy. Here the water is dark and cold, with no light. It is a realm of the unknown. There are creatures in these dark waters, some very terrifying, but with no light, you cannot see them. The most terrifying creature could be an arms length away and you would know no different. This is the closest to death we can come while still living.
Association: The unknown, the loss of the senses, embracing the fear, cold silence, the cold embrace of death.
⛤ Using the Darker Elements ⛤
The Darker Elements are focused on all the destruction that is caused by the primary element. The Darker Elements are used in spells where you want to harness the brutal destructive force of the primary element.Just as with the principle of the Fire element, the destructive forces of the Darker Elements can be used for both positive and negative outcomes.
Destruction can mean many things. It can mean the destruction of one thing in order to transform it into another, similar to the Phoenix. The Phoenix burns, but it also reborn from the ashes. Destruction can also mean aggression. You can use these destructive powers in aggressive protection or banishing spells. Destruction can also be used simply to lay waste in a curse.

How to make a Servitor.
Servitors are artificial spirits that are made by the practitioner, and are used to complete tasks, or goals set by the petitioner to help him or her in their life, or magical practice. Before you jump right into creating a servitor there are things you must plan out beforehand. It’s a lot like building a blueprint. You don’t just start making the house before you have a blueprint. Here are the things you’re going to need to think about  before building your very own servitor:
1) Purpose
Everything needs a purpose, and it’s your job to pick your purpose for your servitor. A purpose can be anything. You could want your servitor to protect you, or your family. You could want your servitor to help you pass a test. You could have your servitor torture people in their dreams… You know whatever you want. It is important to give your servitor a purpose, because it is dangerous to make a servitor without a purpose. If your servitor does not have a purpose it may go rogue, and we may have a situation like that Jewish story of  "The Golem of Prague", who goes on a murderous rampage. Once you have your purpose feel free to move on to the next step.
2)Spiritual appearance
Now you must create an appearance for your servitor that it will take on the astral, and etheric planes of existence. It is important to keep in mind when making your servitor’s spiritual appearance that the spiritual appearance should reflect the task that they were assigned to complete. If the servitor is for better communication with your peers, then it’s spiritual appearance shouldn’t be a Azathoth looking creature, but maybe perhaps some type of human or anthropomorphic entity. Besides that the you can create any type of spiritual appearance you would like. Male, female, tall, short it’s up to you. You can even say “f*** it, and I’m making this one a shapeshifter”. So have some fun, and do whatever you would like. You also might want to draw a picture, or get some representation of their form once you decide upon it for later steps in the servitor creation process.
3)Personality
This one’s pretty self-explanatory, and again you can pretty much pick whatever you would like. All we’re going to do is think of some personality traits that you would like your servitor to have, like charming, intelligent, funny, friendly, loyal, etc…  So this one is pretty easy, and now that I think about it I have no idea what happens if you don’t give them a personality. I guess they turn into Kristen Stewart, or something. Anyway pick out your personality traits that you like, and move on to the next step.
4)Feeding
You like to eat, so do servitors. Feeding a servitor is a lot like charging a Sigil. and you can use all the same methods in order to feed a servitor in the same way you use to charge a sigil. You can also set up some methods of feeding for the servitor that the servitor can do on their own behalf. You could tell your servitor to feed on something like sunlight, or crystals that you have lying around. Not setting up feeding methods, or not feeding your servitor will result in it going rogue, or it finding its own food sources which may not always be more preferable.
5)Lifespan
There are some people that say the servitors lifespan should not be very long, but in my experience this has not been a problem. In my experience servitors only act up once they do not have a purpose anymore, or if acting up is programmed into their nature, or if they are not being fed. Life span is very based on purpose. If you want your servitor to help you pass a test, then its lifespan should only be until after the test then it will return back to the energy of source. If you wanted your servitor to protect your property then you would need a lifespan that you can end at any time. So then you would need a phrase, or ritual to end its life when the time comes. This phrase, or ritual would not have to be elaborate. It’s never happened to me before, but being on a system like that one could in theory make the servitor want to have self preservation. You would be the only thing that could kill it. So if they took you out then they could go on living. I don’t know if it happens, or not, but that’s just a theory. A Servitor Theory! Thanks for watching…. <– (Tell me if you get that joke.) I always tell my servitor if they try to harm me or anyone I care about they will be terminated immediately. That’s a good enough safety net I guess let’s move on to the next step.
6)The Housing
Now we need housing to ground the servitor to the physical plane. Housing can be things like a rock, a staff, a doll, something you made out of clay, etc… Servitors by nature do not need housing, but it is better to have a physical representation of them for control, and feeding purposes. Housing can be anything, but I would stay away from certain metals because energy does not flow as good through them as it does other materials. It is also better to have a housing made, or created by you, and your hands. Once you find what housing you would like to use you are ready to go onto the next step.
7)Naming
This one is super simple all you have to do is pick a name for your servitor. Literally can be anything Meaningful, or otherwise. All you have to choose a name, and then you can move on to the next step.
8)Making a Sigil
Now you should make a sigil out of the name of your servitor, or out of the purpose of your servitor. You will use this sigil as a true representation of your servitor. If you do not know how to make a sigil you can always Google it, or you should be able to find it by searching back through my posts.
Once you have your sigil you can draw it, or carve it into your housing for your servitor. This would be recommended, but if you do not want to mark the sigil on the housing you can always put the sigil on a piece of paper, and put it underneath your housing during the “Bringing the servitor to life” step.
9) Bringing the servitor to life
Now we just bring together all the materials that we have gathered thus far into a ritual. First thing you’ll want to do is cleanse the area. This can be done through any cleansing method such as the Lesser banishing ritual, smudging, or clap cleansing. Next you’re going to want to cast a circle or use some other form of protection technique. Then you’re going to want to start charging your housing, and your sigil through any form of charging method. Now you’re going to want to enter a Gnostic state of consciousness where you can strongly in vision the energy that you are manipulating. Close your eyes, and in your mind’s eye begin to mold the energy into the spiritual appearance of your servitor. Strongly visualize every little detail of your servitor’s being. Then breathe life into your servitor by just intending for the energy to be alive and to be conscious. Once you have molded your energy into the spiritual appearance of your servitor, then in your head, or out loud call to the servitor. Tell the servitor it’s name, it’s purpose, it’s personality, it’s feeding methods, and it’s lifespan. More focus, and intention you use to create the servitor more put together the servitor will be. Now your servitor is done, and it is alive. Undo your circle, and before you send out your servitor for the task you want them to complete I usually wait one day, and feed my servitor a couple times. I find when I first create a servitor it is incredibly weak so I gave it one day to become a little bit stronger before it starts its task.

SWW’s Elements Masterpost:
Tumblr media
Primary Elements:
-The Touchables-
The Elements that I consider make up the Primary Elements are Earth Wind Fire and Water. Typical right? Books taught these as the basics and it clicked with me that these were elements that i could interact with while I casted my magic. Fire from the candles, dirt from the garden, Water from the ocean, smoke from my favorite incense. This is why I consider them to be the Touchable Elements
Earth Moodboard Correspondences Water Moodboard Correspondences Air Moodboard Correspondences Fire Moodboard Correspondences
Secondary Elements:
-The Untouchables-
Secondary Elements are things that still interact with us but in a less tangible way. Time, Space, Light and Dark make up my second tier of elements. But Storm how can you even classify those as elements? It’s just Light and Dark, and i’m pretty sure Time/space is science NOT magic. But they are still there and they interact with us on the daily. Light for day, Light to help the plants grow, Darkness for rest, Darkness for solitude, Time for each moment you cherish, Time for every bitter-sweet memory, Space for where you vacation to, space for the cosmos and galaxies. They still don’t necessarily physically touch us, but they still interact with our lives and act as a bridge between The last group. Personally i think that the secondary elements are a mesh between both Primary and Tertiary elements.
Light Moodboard Correspondences
Dark Moodboard Correspondences
Time Moodboard Correspondences
Space Moodboard Correspondences
Tertiary Elements:
-The Effectors-
The easiest way to define these four elements is by the definition of Effect: a change that is a result or consequence of an action or other cause. The Elements i consider to be effectors are Luck, Fate, Order and Chaos.  “A Stroke of Luck” “A Twist of Fate”  “Put in Order” “Chaos and confusion” These elements are the ones that help shape and define our overall lives. Ever carry around a lucky pencil to try and boost your chances on that test you didn’t study for? That would fall under the Luck element. Do you ever just find that thing that just CLICKS with you and you feel extremely drawn to it? That would fall under Fate as it is subconsciously calling out to you. Chaos is spontaneous, Chaos is being able to make a spell from random things you find in your junk drawer. It doesn’t make sense why a post it note and a DD battery would make for a good charging station for your crystals but it’s what you’ve got and you make it work. Order is methodical, Order is waiting until 3 am on the night of the full moon to begin your Year and a Day in Witchcraft. Order is doing things the way they have always been done. So the effectors all play a part in shaping our lives both magically and mundane.

Masculine Sources and Tools
Tumblr media
Just like there are multiple sources and tools for feminine energy, the masculine side has it’s own as well.
SOURCES
The Sun: Solar energy is a powerful source of masculine energy. Many deities throughout history associated with the sun are depicted as men. Ra, Helios, Apollo, and Aryaman are all fine examples.
Fire: Heat, power, light, destruction, and renewal are all qualities of fire. Ambition, drive and will can be considered masculine traits that is connect to the element.
Air: Communication, intelligence, logic, movement, and freedom are all qualities of air. Wisdom, free-thinking, and creativity can be used to connect to your own masculinity.
The Sky: The sky has been associated with masculinity for a very long time. Just like the sun, it has multiple deities that are depicted as men. You’ve probably heard the term “Mother Earth” which is the opposite to “Father Sky”
From Within: Masculine energy comes from within just like feminine does. Exercising masculine traits can bring that energy to the surface. Also, the right side of your body is the “giving”(masculine) while your left is the “receiving”(feminine).
COMMON TOOLS
Athame: An athame is a ceremonial knife used in spell work and rituals. Typically it’s used to open and close magick circles. It also connects with the element of air.
Wand: Traditionally, a wand is made of wood but can also be made of metal. Wands are used to direct, manipulate, and channel energy. They are associated with the element of fire.
Feather: Feathers can be used for a variety of reasons dependent on the color. However as a general rule, they can be used to spread energy and direct it. Their connection to air is what connects it as a masculine tool.
Pestle: This tool is the companion part to the mortar. It’s phallus shape is what connects it to the masculine. The tool itself is used to grind herbs. With the mortar it can build energy and direct it.
Gold: Both the metal and the color has deep connections to the masculine. It represents the sun and fire. Wearing the color can increase masculine energy in spell casting and other magical practices.
