Is this real??? Will Mohg be involved too? I'm dying to ask questions about it. Is that okay or will I come across as annoying? By the way, I was wondering what the deal is with the golden hour, I know it has something to do with Morgott but what?!
Questions are encouraged! "The Golden Hour" is intended as a compilation of Morgott's most profound memories, so Mohg (as well as OCs) will be present. It draws inspiration from the Blessing of the Erdtree and the notion that transience permeates all life: even the Erdtree flourished with abundance, but only for a "fleeting moment". Yet life's intrinsic allure comes, in large part, from its impermanence, does it not?

ON THE 25TH DAY OF VERIDIES IN THE SECOND YEAR OF HIS MAJESTY’S REIGN
PRESENT
THE KING’S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY
IN COUNCIL
The previous Report of a Committee of the Council was today considered: —
YOUR MAJESTY was pleased, to refer to this Committee a Petition on behalf of the King, Council, and Fellows of the Golden Order, praying for the grant of a Supplemental Charter:
“The COMMITTEE have accordingly considered the Petition and have agreed to report it as their opinion that a Supplemental Charter may be granted.”
HIS MAJESTY, having taken the Report and the Draft Supplemental Charter accompanying it into consideration, was pleased, by and with the advice of His Council, to approve them. It is His will that henceforth, the Fell Omen shall be used for the protection of Leyndell and her territories, and shall remain in possession of immunitie, freedom from action or suits, and, for the safety of his person, tenements whereof he is lawfully possessed with immunitie from violence, unlawful abuse or wrong.
It is accordingly ordered that the Right Honourable Lord High Chancellor of Leyndell should cause a Warrant to be prepared for His Majesty’s Royal Signature for passing under the Great Seal a Supplemental Charter in conformity with the annexed Draft.
