Ever since Night Ninja got the 6 Rings Of Ninja Magic and got new powers and a new costume Marvin felt so hurt tears flowed from his purple eyes, he sat on one of the steps outside the Pagoda and just sobbed his heart out
His body felt cold with sadness and pain shot through his chest like an arrow flying to hit a target, his eyes were exhausted from crying because poor Marvin had been sat crying for 24 hours a day none stop, he was lucky he wasn’t going to go blind anytime soon
He saw the moon shining in the sky along with all the stars and inside all he wanted was to just turn back time and stop Night Ninja from getting the 6 rings of ninja magic, but he knew that the past could not be changed, as much as it hurts him there was nothing he could do about it
Marvin then felt tired as he saw the moon go down and the sun came up, he saw the sun before or daytime because he’s never out in the day only at night so this was a first for him, Marvin got bored and he decided to go and explore the city but he had to be careful not to get caught by any humans, if any human saw him it would be a disaster! Marvin went down the steps with watery eyes and he was careful not to step on any booby traps along the way to the gate, the gate unlocked and Marvin went out
When he arrived at the city he could see humans walking around and kids going to school, a sudden pain pinned inside him and told him to hide because humans must never spot him and if they did it’s game over, Marvin hid in a bin near the woods, he was lucky no trash was in it, yet! He peeped out from under the lid and he saw the PJ Masks in their daytime form and they were heading to school, his eyes watered again and he wanted to cry because seeing them made him think about the day they got new looks, new powers, new vehicles and new look for their HQ, his heart and head ached with that thought and wanted to get rid of it so he could wash away the sadness but he couldn’t
Then Marvin said to himself in Ninjalinoese as he weeped. “t-t-t-t- this….. i-i-i- is….. t-t-t-t-t- the……. w-w-w-w- worst….. d-d-d-d-d- day…..” Marvin’s heart shattered like a ball hitting a glass window and it smashes, Marvin couldn’t take the pain anymore and wanted to sort it out but, he feels that would make it worse, Marvin was so scared he shook like a leaf, the bin he was in shook too and he was worried humans are going to notice but to his relief no one did
As the day went on Marvin stayed hidden and he could hear Night Ninja’s words in his head when Night Ninja got the 6 rings of ninja magic and that bothered him a lot, it wasn’t fair that Night Ninja was the one who got a new look and new powers like the other villain leaders the sidekicks were left out, apart from the wolf pack, he could vision what happened when Night Ninja got the rings, his face was filled with joy and evil as he took the rings and placed them on his navy blue fingers and then with a flash of light Night Ninja’s outfit changed and he got new powers! Then he showed off his new look and powers, and that stung inside Marvin so much he cried heavily, he did his best to wipe his eyes but tears kept on coming
Then day turned into night and Marvin knew that the night time villains would be out along with the PJ Masks to stop them, Marvin wanted to come out but he didn’t, the sadness, pain, thoughts of Night Ninja’s new look and powers weighed him down like bricks falling on top of him, he was so hurt his eyes were more waterier than ever, so much he couldn’t see very much but he could just see the PJ Masks flying to HQ and then, to his dismay Night Ninja was out with the Ninjalinos, he didn’t want to be seen but then he heard Night Ninja counting the Ninjalinos and then he said. “Wait a minute! We’re missing a Ninjalino! Where’s Marvin?” He asked but the Ninjalinos didn’t know where he was, this wasn’t like Marvin to go missing without telling anyone where he was going
“Guys, we need to find him! Search everywhere! He must be here somewhere!” The Ninjalinos ran off to look for Marvin, but poor Marvin didn’t want to be found so he stayed as quiet and still as he possibly could, but the pain was too much, but he managed to hide it long enough for the Ninjalinos to give up and they tell Night Ninja they can’t find him and that he must be somewhere else, so they and Night Ninja go off and search somewhere else
Marvin sighed in relief and then he felt his clothes were wet from all the crying and he started shaking and was about to sneeze, he couldn’t hold it!
“ACHOO!” The sneeze was so loud Night Ninja heard it and went back to look at where the sneeze came from and too his shock it was from a bin! This is where Marvin was hiding! Night Ninja got closer and Marvin’s heart raced and when Night Ninja lifted the lid he saw Marvin, crying. “Marvin?! Why are you in a bin? We have been looking for you! What’s wrong? Come out now, it’s ok.” Marvin came out and his clothes were heavy due to being wet so Night Ninja helped him get out and then they walked to the grass and sat down
“Marvin, why are you like this? You haven’t been yourself ever since I got these rings and this new costume.” He saw Marvin was shaking so he put an arm around him. “Come on Marvin you can tell me.” So Marvin explained to him why he was so upset, Night Ninja couldn’t believe that Marvin had been crying for 24 hours a day when Marvin told him so and that explains why his clothes are so wet and heavy, Night Ninja then rubbed Marvin’s back gently
“Marvin, I’m sorry you’re sad but you could’ve come to me about this because I would’ve helped you fix it, just because I got a new look and powers doesn’t mean you sidekicks are left out, you will always be special no matter what. And no matter how times I get angry at you and the Ninjalinos I will always love you very much, you guys are like my children and I’m like your father, we will always care and love each even in the negative times, please could you promise me next time you have a problem you come to me?” Marvin nodded and Night Ninja smiled. “I’m glad to hear it, come on let’s go home. Ninjalinos! I found Marvin!”
Later on the Ninjalinos, Marvin and Night Ninja arrived back at the Pagoda and the Ninjalinos were so happy to see Marvin again but he needed to be alone with Night Ninja so they went to do some training, Night Ninja and Marvin hugged each other and Night Ninja didn’t care Marvin was wet he wanted to love him and care for him, he kept him nice and warm and Marvin smiled again
“I love you Marvin!” Whispered Night Ninja and he gave Marvin a kiss on his head to show Marvin he really does love him, that warmed Marvin’s heart
