Guyana Election Fraud by the PPPc

It Is only GECOM can declare a winner .How can the PPPc declare the winner when from the recount is was discovered that there are thousands of fraudulent votes in the PPPc ballots boxes , people out of the country not on the ground on election day who was recorded that they vote , people who are dead , missing poll books , ballot boxes with out any form of documents , In some polling stations there were more votes cast than voters . And please note all these discrepancies are from the PPPc stronghold areas . The recount is a four stage process before the a winner is declared . 1) the recount of the votes , were all the discrepancies was brought to light. 2) The tabulation of the votes 3) The valuation of all credible and valid votes . 4) the declaration of the winner . So it is very false for the PPPc to declared themselves the winner when CECOM has not completed the process of the recount.
