According to my DM the campaign Canna’s in is some what inspired by the Magnus Archives,
we’re not very far into the campaign and nothing like this has come up yet but this idea has been rattling around in my brain for a bit and I had to draw it.

I can’t be 100% on this but I’m pretty sure it the chips were programmed in a way to kill all the Jedi except Anakin, or should I say Vader.
Palpatine had back up plans for his back up plans, and was probably planning on naming anakin Vader once he turned, and Vader wasn’t the Jedi Anakin skywalker was. Ol’ Palps could have baked something into the chips that made it so when the order was given the clones killed all the Jedi, including Anakin if he didn’t turn, but once Anakin was named Vader he was exempt due to Vader technically not being a Jedi.
Idk, I think I’ve heard something about this before and might have worked it into my explanation, but overall this is just what I like to believe why the clones didn’t attack Anakin.
How come the CTs don't attack Anakin during Order 66?
