absolutely, i have no intention of being strict with activity checks for a while yet — i have been super busy myself with irl stuff, so it would be more than a little unfair to be strict with members when i'm in the exact same situation.

may i reserve bruce wayne/batman with robert pattinson & cleo cazo/ratcatcher 2 with daniela melchior for yaz please?

hey ! at least one of your characters needs to have an fcoc — both robert and daniela are white. also, batman should be 40+ ( and i would lean further towards the 45+ range ) in order for him to be old enough to make sense with the timeline of earth 001.

for the dream canon and object, do I have to have the dream universe be actually canon like the mcu or dceu or comics or can i make up my own canon?

it doesn't have to be 100% canon, but it should draw fairly heavily from at least one canon ( comics, movies, tv show or another source ). so not making your own up from scratch, but you can mix and match events from different canons to your heart's content ( they are " just dreams " after all ! hehe )
