Busting out the camera with @brentboutte in the rockies! -For Baba Yaga's hut T-Shirt Kickstarter ! . What better way to immerse our selves into the fairy tale than within the trees and mountains! . This shirt is close to the size and fit of the women's soft Bella shirts that we will be printing on. This is a mock up to show you what they will look like, since orders for shirts have not been placed yet. . Several years ago, I worked at a screen printing shop for a summer. I learned about the process and types of materials I like to print on for my own personal uses. My favorite has come down to the Bella brand. Other common types are too stiff or fit oddly in my opinion. I will have women's fitted t-shirts, and regular mens's t-shirts available in a variety of sizes. Baba Yaga kickstarter! 🌲💀✨ I love the story and the feeling that many Russian fairy tales give when you read them. They take you away to another place and time. As though you’re by the fire place in a cozy cabin, being told stories feeling like a kid again. . Baba Yaga is an iconic witch in Russian fairy tales. I think what I love about her character is the various stories told about her. She is sometimes malevolent but other times helpful to wanderers that meet her path. I couldn’t resist depicting her! And some of the story elements that represent her. Most notable element is her hut with chicken feet. It was fun making the painting for this piece. I am eager to see it printed on a shirt. . I want to launch these limited edition Baba Yaga t-shirts within a weeks time. I will keep everyone updated! .
