JJ panicking because they only give her one of her babies. Her asking Adam over and over where her baby is and why she doesn’t have him yet, breaking his heart to see her so distraught.
"where is he adam?" she cries looking at her boyfriend in distress,
"i dont-" adam looks around the room frantically, "i don't I'm sorry," he cries reaching forward to grab jj's hand,
"is he ok? ah-" she groans as a contraction rips through her, "fuck- he he needs to be- FUCK!" she screams squeezing adams hand, "HE NEEDS TO BE OK!"
"shhh i know," adam coos using his free hand to cup jj's cheek, "but lets focus on meeting our next one ok? and then I'm sure he'll be ok, ok?" jj nods taking a deep breath,
"ok yah-" the youngest tkachuk then cringes, "now lets get this last fucking baby out of me!" she cries.

did the babies have any complications since they were early?
nico struggles with his breathing. he comes out and he's crying like normal but for some reason the doctors take him away and soon they're panicking that he's not getting enough oxygen
meanwhile francesca comes out just fine. shes a little small and struggles to latch at first but she is a okay. minus the fact that she needs glasses at the young age of 1.5
