Lego Ideas Modular Portal Testing Chamber with more dimensions! That’s right, the chamber can have each wall at a different depth if you want. The included 27 panels are all used here, leaving the builder with 3 more modular units to add a chamber lock, an aerial faith plate, a crusher, or Wheatley’s rail into the mix! The surfaces are random to show the flexibility of light/dark backgrounds (the gel may or may not be included, I’m not sure yet). Lego Portal Modular Testing Chamber, overgrown Aperture style! I experimented with several concepts with this design. I started out with just the wall, and then expanded it to a regular 3 by 3 chamber. There’s a loose panel, a cracked panel, several panels in various stages of decay and rust, floor debris, ivy and leaves, and an abandoned turret with its side cover laying overgrown on the ground. In the final version, more foliage would be better, but thankfully this doesn’t add that many parts! Because decay involves disassembling elements, and all we have to add are leaves, ivy, clips and rusted frames, this addition is very cheap (under $7) for potentially three to four chapters of added play. Today’s #dbcxrebrick is a wave on a beach! This is a wave style I adapted from what the other Dos Bro showed me how to do at home (adapted because there’s less color variety). The beach has what looks like the beginnings of a sand castle wall to keep the water away, but this wave looks a little bigger than what the wall can handle.
