I think in my definition, faith is having confidence or trust in something that is never seen or touched basically having hope. And I don’t have faith in religion necessarily but I would say I have faith in myself, like I believe in what I can accomplish.

Compromise is a two-way street, communication and honesty make all the difference in healthy relationships.

Have boundaries and don’t be afraid to keep them no matter what others say, you are doing what you need to do to make yourself feel safe.
