I was doing a reread of Sherlock Holmes, and I stumbled upon this line. Maybe it's the fact that I may have pictured Watson as Martin Freeman holding on to another woman's hand, or maybe it was just the line itself. I think I was more surprised at the line because I had forgotten how romantic John Watson could be sometimes.
I just made the photo because I read it like I was reading a diary. Quite personal, and meaningful. Definitely on my list of favorite quotes. :)
