Absolutely Janeway. It would never be boring, there would always be good coffee on board, and I would be absolutely certain that she would do everything in her power to make sure nothing bad happens to me (I mean, it still might, but not for lack of effort on her part!)

I live in the midwest and I can promise you, it's not that bad here. (I mean I live in a city not in the country, but still)
Janeway was just traumatized when her favorite tree got hit by lightning when she was a girl.
