Rules to follow for a better life:
Okay so I’ve decided to make a list of rules (for myself mainly) to follow in order to keep myself on track and motivated, not just with my weight loss but for life in general  (´。• ᵕ •。`)
//Just a FYI: I’m making this list for myself to follow and not to dictate what others should do/shouldn’t do, if you want to follow it then cool but otherwise just ignore//
Make sure to wake up at a reasonable time (any time before 11am).
Drink green tea at least 3 times throughout the day (e.g. one for breakfast, another at noon then another either after dinner or before bed.) - Do this to help with metabolism and for help to actually go to the bathroom easier without the use of laxatives.
Make sure to shower or bathe every two days, which includes moisturising, conditioning and shaving in order to stay hygenic.
Do any and all homework well before it is due in and revision should be done every night for at least an hour - two if you have the extra time.
Exercise every other day for at least half hour.
Drink plenty of water and stay away from carbonated drinks or energy drinks (THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU HOE).
On the days you do not exercise, go for a walk for at least an hour so that you at have time to get some fresh air and have time to be alone with your thoughts in a new environment.
Do not eat after 8pm if you do not want to go to bed with a bloated stomach!
Be conscious of how much sugar you are having and try to limit it to only natural sugars (e.g. honey, fruits etc).
Make sure to keep on top of washing your face before you sleep and after you wake up - even if you do not go to the bathroom and wash your face, at least use facial water and a cotton pad to wipe down your face then moisturise before sleeping or applying any makeup 
I’m going to leave it at 10 for now as I think these rules I’ve laid out for myself are 100% do-able, but so easy to slip up on. Again, these rules are mainly for myself to follow and are not me dictating what others should do. I just feel like making a list helps me stay motivated to look after myself. But if anyone feels like they also want to add to this then please feel free!

The best part about weight loss is feeling it, finally, after being uncomfortable for so long. It’s running your hands over your hip bones, feeling your collarbone and sharp shoulders, the space between you and your clothing when you move. It’s sitting down without your stomach bulging. It’s walking without your thighs slamming together. It’s placing your hand to the side of your face and feeling that delicate cheekbone in your palm. Looking thin is great, but feeling thin is amazing.

I've had bulimia for several years without tho reaching the results I wanted and now I just wanna go for it.
