FYI ☤
TBH I’ve been avoiding this blog. I just remember a lot of negativity with the end of last season. BUT I miss Meredith and after last night my muse for her is extreme. “If you get stuck up here with me then at least we’d both have some company,” she replied. She didn’t know why she expected her younger sister to be better at getting out of a tree than her, but she did. Maybe she assumed Lexie had climbed trees in her childhood. Meredith had spent hers in the hospital halls. “Come on, Lex. It’s the sisterly thing to do. And you’re the good one, remember?”

“Alzheimery is a word,” Meredith replied. “It’s one of those words that only people affected by the disease can use.” Her voice was teasing. She hadn’t yet thought about what having a baby would mean. Things like dealing with pregnancy and residency at the same time. She didn’t know if she could even do that. “And they are going to be sick and Alzheimery because that’s how my life works. But they’ll have your hair, so at least they’ll be good-looking.”

Initially the question scared her. Because this was Meredith Grey. She had been raised by a woman who resented her child. She was constantly terrified of becoming that person. But fear quickly disappeared as she went from the dark and twisty place to the nauseatingly mushy place. “You’d want my Alzheimery babies?”
