me, listening to hoziers in the woods somewhere, yearning for a partner to explore the paranormal and haunted but we end up running from a large beast after investigating a dead wolf's body, my partner almost gets caught but i save them by jumping in front and i get a large scratch in my side that i ignore until we're safe and later collapse into my partners arms, exhausted from blood loss after saying im fine and they get me to safety and the first thing i see when i wake up is them by my side:
