A little soggy

Back from the library. It was chill. I still feel paranoid in public when it's kinda obvious I'm wearing, even if I know nobody really cares.

I got these new covers to help with leaks and smells. They're pretty nice! My only complaint is that the waist is very loose compared to the thigh, so there isn't a size that really fits me. I'm not a huge fan of diaper covers as an aesthetic, but they certainly help with leaks. They also help a little with chafing.

Off to get some work done at the library!

Diaper Training Progress

I haven't been wearing very regularly, but I've made a lot of diaper training progress anyway. Sometimes I'll cough, and feel like I'm almost wetting myself. At the end of my last 24/7 stint, I had to go on a small trip, and I didn't wear diapers. I had to pee so many more times than usual, and I felt uncomfortable holding it. I still haven't had any accidents, though.

I've been wearing for the past 3-4 days, and, man, my progression gets faster each time I return. I was super leaky last night. You know, keeping the pelvic floor relaxed when you're used to automatically clenching feels like you really need to pee all the time. I had a bit of a funny moment in the morning when I stood in my bathroom thinking I needed to use the potty, but then I realized: 1. I'm wearing a diaper, and 2. I've been using it nonstop; there's no way I needed to pee.

I wonder if that tight, pinching sensation will go away, or if I'll just be so used to it that I won't be able to tell. I think the sensation mainly comes from one of the sphincters clenching abnormally hard, so I would guess that the sensation will go away when it stops clenching. The brief periods where I can keep it totally relaxed after I finish, it feel like basically nothing. It's kinda nice. Looking forward to that.

I'm not sure I want to untrain myself with the potty, but I certainly don't mind being diaper trained enough to use it when I need it.

... if you saw me walking down the street?

Most people didn't seem to notice, or if they did, they kept it to themselves. But one guy STARED. He looked to be in his late teens or early 20s. As we approached each other on the street, he was looking at me a little funny, then, as we passed, he turned his head to stare straight at my crotch, turning as he passed to look for as long as possible.

Honestly, it was a little uncomfortable. Shout-out to all the women who have to put up with catcalling on a regular basis! 😥

Last night, something amazing happened

I've always had a shy bladder. My biggest frustration with wearing diapers was when my bladder would be achingly full, but I couldn't go. Isn't that the whole point?

That changed last night (pun intended). I went to pee in my nighttime diaper, but instead of my bladder clamping shut at the end of the stream like usual, it just ... stayed open.

It was just like I had always imagined it. Every few minutes, I could feel the barest trickle. When I shifted around or clenched my tummy, a short burst would slip out. It felt completely natural; I could totally imagine getting so accustomed to staying open that I forget how to close again. I knew if I could just fall asleep like that, I would undoubtedly wet in my sleep.

But ... I was far too excited to sleep. I lay awake in bed for an hour or two just enjoying the sensations. Eventually, my bladder closed itself off without me noticing, and that was the end of it, but I still couldn't sleep. I had had a taste of what it meant to be truly diaper trained, and I couldn't keep all the possibilities from invasive my thoughts. I knew if I could make that happen in the daytime, I would be able to go while walking, and I would never again have to go potty and not be able to.

I'm just peeing sooooo much today... I started to leak while working at the library, so I had to change in the public bathroom. There was someone in the stall next to me the whole time. I would say I hope he couldn't hear me changing, but he DEFINITELY could. Every noise resounded in the quiet bathroom. A firearm couldn't have been louder than those tapes unbinding, and the diaper rustled like a bag of dry leaves. I gave up on trying to be quiet. Who cares if he knows I'm changing my diaper?

I went home and checked my "new" diaper during my lunch break. Honestly, with how poofy I look, you don't need to listen to me change to know I'm A) diapered and B) can't keep dry. 😵‍💫

After spending the whole day feeling them get puffier, I went out to the grocery store... I think it might have been really obvious. I was so embarrassed. 🫣

24/7: Day #10

I just beat my previous record for wearing diapers 24/7! I know 10 days may not sound like much, but it's a big milestone for me, and it's half way to my 20 day goal!

It feels different this time. It's less stressful, I worry less about people finding out, my Tenas are more comfortable, and I'm changing often enough that I don't smell too bad.

If I completely gave up on the idea of keeping my diapers secret and accepted that everyone will know, I think I wouldn't mind completing my diaper training and becoming incontinent.

Loose shorts are fabulous for waddling around as a secret baby. Just be careful how you sit! 😳
