not necessarily a spidersona, but a spiderverse oc — meet the spider snake from earth 319!

margot donn used to be a major general in the army, but was discharged after losing both of her arms in combat. she hasn’t quite moved on from her glory days, and her frustration with not being able to help in the oncoming war began to eat away at her. she went to the base camp to try and get a position for herself, but was bitten by a snake on her walk in.

it would turn out that the snake had previously eaten a magical spider, and in turn gave her spider-man abilities. naming herself spider snake as omage, she worked with the government to take down supervillains as well as foreign dignitaries, working as a spy by using her camouflaging ability.

the powers gave her detachable but completely functional gun prosthetics, so she mostly thwips around using her feet. 75% of her work is done upside down because of this.

she is currently working with government engineers to replicate the gun arms and turning them into regular prosthetic arms.

spider snake is in contact with Miguel and the spiderverse, but stays out of it so that she can focus on the war in her world.
