I met this character in a very vivid dream the other night. Her name is Alisha! She was incredible in every way. I woke up from the dream with this newfound feeling of strength and hope in my heart, as though everything I'm dealing with irl is actually possible to get through.
I hope to meet her again someday.

honestly the best advice i have for any artist in any medium is to just go for it. throw away every notion of technical skill, every shred of self-doubt, and every idea of what others may think. none of that matters - what matters is your vision and what it means to you. skill will come naturally over time.
#it's why i'm able to do so many different things with my art#on a technical level i may not do them terribly well but i don't care at all#because that's not what art is about
