So, i made relationship chart for my AU. Looks like pentagram, but actually pretty simple: no one liks Gortash (except Red) and nobody likes Red (except Gale and Gortash).

So, few headcanons:

Gale and Gortash hates each other at first sight. It's complicated: they're both smart, both care about Red (and that's another reason why Gale doesn't like Gort. Like Red has his name scarred on her, what should he think???) and both think he know better what to do. So, they hiss at each other and wish to betray each other.

Laezel and SH hatelove all fic

Wyll and Mizora have vibe of relationship, but both try not to think about it and fail

She also uses her human form to hang out with him from time to time. But now he is very angry because she helped him kill Karlach and he feels betrayed

Tara doesn't trust Red and thinks she corrupt Gale, but hope she will help him with orb

Gortash often mocks Wyll and doesn't hide how low he thinks of him. Wyll is pissed

Astarion is a little afraid of Red, but he is more afraid of Cazador and this mute crazy tiefling may help him.

Mizora thinks Red is funny little thing.
