I hope you’re content with the way your body looks. I hope you find happiness in small things today. I hope that, even with your ups and downs, you are content with yourself.

Reminder: Sometimes you just have grab everything that’s ever made you mad or sad or hurt in the past, throw them to the sky, and walk away. These things may be a large part of the reason why you are who you are, but you can make a conscious decision to not let them affect you anymore. Letting things go does not mean that you are too weak to handle them, it means that you are strong enough to realize that the hurt you put on yourself and others from holding these parts of your past isn’t worth it anymore. It’s time to finally finish healing.

Your life does not get better by chance. It gets better by change.
