Hey you yes you. Please read this.
You are valid as all hell. Everyone goes through rough times. Even myself on any given day!!
This does not make you bad, an annoyance to those who love and support you, or even a shit person for needing to heal and take space from loved ones to work on yourself!
Because guess what?
You may not feel or look the same after you take steps to heal- this doesnt make you any less wanted or stunning as an individual.
Breathe. Unclench your jaw. Roll your shoulders-- even if youre in mid breakdown- take a breath- let it out. Scream silently or loud into a pillow, or flood my inbox with what you need to say off your chest. And know- you are not alone. If you are feeling some certain way, its okay to feel it. But you dont have to bottle it up.
My inbox is open. It always is, and I have a fresh pot of coffee (or tea) if you wanna sit and talk.
