Day 4

Wow..this one was a hard one. Evangelism through waffle ministry. We had the opportunity to serve the community through free waffles ( or “vaffles” if you will ) and conversation. Of course there was some rejection but that comes with the territory. We got to speak to people about who Jesus is and how his love and grace COVERS all sin no matter how bad you think it is. Eternity’s were changed, the lost came to the light, and so so so many seeds were planted.

I personally got to have a conversation with a lovely woman whose name I’ll keep private for privacy reasons. She opened up to me and told me about her past church hurt and how she needs prayers for her family. She is a stay at home mom who is currently working to help her husband because they lost their house. They are currently living with her husband’s parents but they are having a hard time. To whoever reads this wherever you are I just ask that you join me in prayer over this family. Pray that they run to the arms of the father and that God provides and blesses this family.

God truly is moving in this country and I feel so incredibly blessed to be a part of this story.

Day 3 is finished!!!

We had such a great time today serving and doing outreach with the community. My team and I got to help someone with months of work and got it done in just one day!! What an honor it was to get to bless people in the name of Jesus. From organization to demolition our team did it all. At the end we had the best conversation with the people we were helping and they just reminded us of how good God is and how he provides. We’re only 3 days in and I already feel so fulfilled. I can’t wait to see what else the Lord has in store for us!!

Day 2 is complete!!

We had a wonderful time today praying and interceding for the beautiful people of Røsvik, Norway. I feel so blessed to be a part of this team and of the work God’s doing here in the artic circle. Our day ended with some Norwegian waffles and we were so so blessed to be able to see the Northern Lights!! Just another reminder of how good our God is and how creative he is!!

Day 1 is done!!

We had a wonderful time learning about the Norwegian culture and history!!! God is definitely moving in this country. I can’t wait to interact with the community and get to see how the Lord uses this team for his glory!! Stay tuned for more updates!
