Creamy Chicken Stuffed Squash Perfectly Balance Your Plate Serve with 2 cups leafy green salad and 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette.    Ingredients 1 spaghetti squash 1⁄2 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix 1 tbsp oil 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken  2 cups water 1 pkg Home-Style Chicken Stew Seasoning (Pack of 3) 6 cups baby spinach 1⁄2 cup grated mozzarella or Parmesan cheese  Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper , to taste Preparation Preheat oven to 450° F.   Cut squash in half; remove seeds. Place squash halves, cut-side up, in Multipurpose Steamer. Season with dip mix. Cover; microwave on high, about 12–13 min or until tender. Fluff strands with a fork.   Meanwhile, heat oil in sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook, breaking up meat using the Ground Meat Separator, until meat is cooked through, about 4–5 min. Add water and seasoning; stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and stir in spinach until wilted.   Place cooked squash on ¼ Sheet Pan lined with ¼ Sheet Pan Liner. Spoon chicken filing between squash halves; about 1¼ cup per half. Reserve remaining filling for use at a later date. Everything Bagel Soft Pretzels Make a batch of Epicure's Basic Pizza Dough or save time and start with store-bought pizza dough. Both make big, fluffy, chubby pretzels best eaten straight out of the oven! Ingredients 1 recipe prepared Basic Pizza Dough 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper 1 egg + 1 tbsp water or milk, lightly beaten, for egg wash Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste Preparation Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Cut pizza dough into 6 pieces and roll each one into a rectangle. Sprinkle with topper. Starting with one long edge, roll up dough to form a log. Using both hands, roll log into a long rope at least 16" long. Form each rope into the shape of a pretzel, then place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Generously brush tops with egg wash, then liberally sprinkle with Sea Salt. Bake until golden, 15–17 minutes. Cinnamon Raisin Muffins A muffin with a slice of low-fat cheese and an apple can be a healthy and satisfying lunch for a kid on the go. Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour 3⁄4 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Cinnamon (Ground) 3⁄4 cup raisins 1 egg, beaten 1⁄2 cup brown sugar 1 cup milk 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil 1 apple, grated, skin on Preparation Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Lightly spray Perfect Portion Muffin Pan with vegetable oil. In large mixing bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Stir in raisins and set aside. In small mixing bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar, milk, vegetable oil and grated apple. Pour liquid into dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin pan cups 2⁄3 full. Bake 18 minutes.
