My new little pirate oc!! (Thanks @enne-uni for the name Aira :D)
(For the people who want to hear me ramble:)
This piece is your friendly reminder that art doesn’t have to be expensive
Usually I use really cheap stuff for my art, like for example 5€ watercolours(the light fastness is probably pretty bad on them though), shitty coloured pencils that hardly even work, a ballpoint pen, one of those multi colour ballpoint pens with like six colours, shitty markers, just a plain pencil or a mechanical one and just ‘bad’(cheap) art supplies in general.
Yes they might have some bad sides but I’m more annoyed at my camera for making my characters skin colour always yellow than the art supplies themselves. (Yes I’m ranting)
