Jakks World of Nintendo Metal Mario fix

The question asked ever since we found out Jakks Pacific was adding eyeballs to their 4" Metal Mario is..“how do we remove them?”

Well I tried nail polish remover and it smeared the base coat too. Mario looks to be cast in white. But I got some rub n buff metallic wax finish from a hobby store and fixed him right up. It’s what I used to make his kart that I’ve shown before. I covered the eyes, the flat gray joint pegs, and a tiny error on his mouth! The finish matches perfectly and now he matches his Mario Kart 8 appearance! You could paint over the M emblem if you wanted the old school look.

And who says Figuarts are the only Mario figures with interchangeable hands? These snap in and out relatively easily, especially if you warm them first. I thank Ice Mario for his sacrifice.

In Super Mario World, it is possible to defeat Ludwig von Koopa extremely easily with a Fire Flower the following way: after entering the boss room, press R in the middle of the room to make the screen scroll right until Ludwig comes into view. This will cause Ludwig’s hitbox to activate, allowing him to be hit by Mario’s fireballs, but not his AI, resulting in him standing there motionlessly until he dies. (Footage recorded by me in a SNES emulator.)

Performative allyship

I see more posts by white people asking if it’s “okay” for them to see Black Panther than I do see them asking for links to charity campaigns trying to help young Black kids see the movie.  which is to say the BP tags have like three of the former posts every day, but I have yet to see a SINGLE post by a white person asking people to send them links for campaigns they can support.  I need someone to realize that this is the pinacle of performative allyship. they’re out here trying to get their hoodpass into wakanda but aren’t ready to let Jerome hold a dollar. They want to be invited to the cookout, but won’t even bring a bag of ice. They want to think themselves the ‘special white people’ but don’t actually want to do the work of the special white people. and before you, white person clearly missing the point of this posts asks, yes, you CAN reblog this if it’s to show support of the message.
