Imagining being a hunter in the wild, being chased by a giant werewolf. Trying my best to run, but it's too fast and it knocks me onto the ground. I think it's going to kill me but it just closes it's jaws around my neck. Not clamping or causing harm, just holding me down.
It tears my clothes off and pins me with a giant paw as it smells between my legs, memorizing my scent. I'm wriggling to get out from under it, but it just presses down hard enough to make my ribs creak.
It starts licking my ass in preparation, making sure its tongue dips into me and stretches me out before it moves further up. It licks my bruised neck gently, before flipping me over onto my front. It positions its cock at the entrance and thrusts roughly in while it simultaneously bites on my shoulder, drawing blood.
It fucks into me hard, forgetting the gentleness it had just moments prior. The forest is silent aside from the impassioned grunting and sloppy sounds coming from the mating couple.
It isn't long until the wolf finally shoved its knot inside, making me pass out as it fills me up.

no worries!! i have answered this before, but since then my method has changed.
originally, i would do a method that would take me a lot of steps and tire me out, confuse me, and even cause me to be demotivated. and it was also hard to focus, because like you, i have adhd.
right now, i use a method that is similar to a lucid dreaming method. i don’t know it is called the sats so i’ll js say it’s wake up back to sleep.
simply, before i go to bed i set 2 intentions (which i have been firm in for months, but as long as u believe ur words u can do to xx)
“i am a master shifter and i will shift tonight”
“i will wake up in the middle of the night, sit up and count to 10, then shift realities.”
the last time i did this method i was really close (im pretty sure i entered the void but i dont remember 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️)
when waking up in the middle of the night, i find it easiest to sit up to count so i don’t fall back asleep 😭😭 i also affirm like “im in the void state” or “im in the star” it js depends on where i want to b! like last time i did it i affirmed for the void and got there so..!
but that’s like basically it. i don’t rlly use subs or meditate (as i have a rlly religious mother 💀) soooo
