Is Home still a house in this au? Or would he be instead the hospital, or an ambulance type deal or something else if he is in the au?

Home is still a house in the Medic AU, however, he won't be seen as much during the course of the story, since they're in the clinic setting, not the Neighbourhood. Instead, we have our very friendly neighbour, Care, who's here to assist our silly puppets! ❤️

Care is a floating heart-shaped entity, who acts like a narrator and a guide. No one knows where he comes from, but during the beginning of the special Neighbourhood Clinic episodes, Wally and his friends treat Care as if it was normal for him to be there, as if he already existed since the beginning!

"Don't fret! You's in good hands. Keep you's smile, and always know, that we's c a r e for you, neighbour. Teehee~" ❤️
