Adora in the final episode, reaching out to Catra and saying, "It's too late, I failed" with her voice full of so much sorrow and exhaustion because her fear was failure and she failed. And this was the biggest failure, the destruction of everything and Catra... ooooo, Catra reaching out and saying, "I got you, I'm not letting go. Don't you get it, I love you, I always have, so please, just this once, stay!" and Adora finds out that no, she's afraid of something so much bigger that she didn't even fully realize it and now she's not afraid of it because it's coming true and she admits her true self and together they save the universe.
I have not been normal about this for over two years and I doubt that'll change anytime soon.
My season 3 theory for how Belos dies is that Camilla chanclas his ass back to the human realm and forces him to take a sip of a Baja blast, which will send his little 1600s puritan heart into overdrive because of the caffeine and sugar resulting in cardiac arrest
This is such a small detail, but it stuck out to me when the episode aired and I keep getting drawn to this every time I rewatch the Belos vs Hexsquad fight but the trust that鈥檚 formed between Gus, Willow and Amity is palpable during the fight.
During this bit when they鈥檝e just arrived and Amity steps up to protect them, notice that neither Gus or Willow have even started to pull out their staffs while Amity鈥檚 already fully summoned hers?
In fact...
They don't even try...
Until Amity has already deflected the attack... because they trusted she would.
(Also I didn't notice Willow hiding Vee behind her/protecting her until I grabbed the screenshots and I died a little inside cuz the lack of a similar reaction with Gus/Camila indicates Willow鈥檚 likely aware what confronting Belos means to Vee...)
