How I lost 5 pounds in a week
I’m gonna start this off by prefacing that I do not promote restricting/starving yourself, if you currently do not have an ed do not read this, turn off your phone, and give yourself some love.
Intermittent fasting
This is the thing that helped me lose the most weight. I fasted everyday for 17-18h starting between 6-7:30pm and going until the next afternoon. During my fasts I allowed myself liquids under 50kcals, like monster ultra and coke zero. Most importantly I drank water during this time.
Water before bed
I’m not sure what it is but drinking a glass of water before bed made me less hungry in the morning and helped me to not become dehydrated.
Tracking calories
I use a fitbit. If you’re unaware you can set up a weight loss plan on there and depending on which one you choose it tells you how many calories you can have to meet your goal and that is based on how many calories you burn that day. I tracked everything I ate in myfitnesspal, and that synced with my fitbit. I stayed under my goal by quite a bit each day. I ate around 1100 kcals per day. I’ll add a picture of what I typically ate in a day.
Eating what you want
THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT!! I’ve found that if i don’t eat something i’m craving I’ll eat way more than I would have had i just ate what i wanted. So everyday I budgeted around 300 kcals for just snacks. I usually ended up having fruit snacks or eggnog or both! And that is OK!! Your body is trying to get you the nutrients it needs so let it, IN MODERATION!
Weighing Yourself
I weighed myself once a day, no more. I did this in the morning or early afternoon before eating my first piece of anything, if i’m thirsty in the morning I’ll do it before then. Before I weigh myself i will go to the toilet. This isn’t really a weight loss tip but this is how i accurately recorded my weight without anything in my system.
Tips!
Distract yourself, it’s so much easier to fast when you’re not constantly thinking about food
Dont worry if you’re not losing weight right now, things take time and the world is kinda crazy right now
Talk with friends! this goes back to the distractions but it’s easy to avoid eating when you’re having fun
try to eat healthy, but give yourself a metabolism boosting day, just eat a bit more so your body feels like it can work at 100%

•I‘m so SICK. Of everything rn. FUCK. I‘m TIRED of being this BIG. I feel huge, i feel DISGUSTING, i just want to scream my fucking Lungs out rn. Everything SUCKS. I suck. I suck. I suck.. november rules, in no particular important to order besides #1.
1. do not eat if you don’t want to. what’s the point of eating calories you don’t want, if it’s not what you like, you don’t need it. this by far is so important to me, i find myself eating foods i don’t like and it’s part of the self control to NOT eat those foods. it also makes it 10x more easier to restrict once you’re used to it. there are less and less foods that i do force myself to eat
2. sit-ups if you skip class. self explanatory, i skip a lot; why waste my time on being chubby and fat in a bathroom stall?
3. if you’re bored and want to eat: sleep. during lesson, or at home;;; SLEEP. you cant be hungry if you’re sleeepinggg (;
4. chew mint gum and then swallow it if you REALLY need those 5-15 cals. and don’t waste it either, you only need one piece to get you thru the day if you don’t eat or put it back in your mouth.
5. water water water. we don’t need that bloat babe. also, flavor drops are overateddd those things are nasty and NOT filling. you don’t need the extra cals, if you do actually eat like an apple slice or something, not artificial-un filling flavoring that will make u jump off the walls (sugar!!! caffeine!!!)
6. i dont drink diet soda, 120 calories are fine as long as it’s liquid! drink mostly liquid calls, like coke or juices. i drink normal soda because diet is gross and make my appetite worse. it’s atleast decently filling, and i don’t normally finish my soda anyways. i need the little bit of caffeine
7. watch eating videos if you feel mentally hungry, or if the only thing on your mind is food. when i’m about to binge, the only thing i can think of is food. it’s almost a bored ness, or a feeling of bore when all i can think about is eating, so i just watch mukbangs. sometimes i do binge, and that’s okay. don’t be so hard on yourself and life off of the belief you will work off whatever you put on later in the week.
8. body checks regularly. adhd makes it hard for me to understand how my body looks, and i need constant reminders of it, not just adhd but obviously anorexia and body dysmorphia.
9. daily school walks around my school. my schools huge, lots of steps. great for rexies!!!
that’s basically it. just have control babes. u got this. let’s get skinny!!!!
