In January, the average price of detached houses in Greater Toronto increased by 1% year-on-year, accompanied by a 27% increase in transaction volume.
In the surrounding towns and cities near Toronto, except for a 3% decrease in average price in Richmond Hill, detached houses in other municipalities showed year-on-year increases.
