Mrs Bapka is a sweet old lady who likes to dote on Viktor so it’s understandable Viktor would not refuse to wear the sweater she made him.
Ivy does not need much explanation because we all know he will do anything for her if she gives him that look.
And Rocky…well
But consider the tie from Mordecai and answer me this. Would Viktor wear a piece of clothing anyone gave him? No. He would only take it and then wear it if they are somehow important to him and he cares about them.
You cannot tell me that Viktor does not have some sort of affection for the fussy dapper cat.
