~ Cheese Soup Recipe ~
Time needed: 15 minutes
Calories: 115 calories
What you need:
100g lowfat cream cheese
20ml vegetable broth
Β½ onion
ΒΌ spring onion
Mushrooms and broccoli if you want to
Salt, pepper, oregano and paprika spice
How to:
1. Cut the onion into dices and fry it in a bit of vegetable broth until they are glassy. Add mushrooms and broccoli if you want to and fry until they are soft.
2. Add the rest of the vegetable broth and slowly mix the cream cheese into it.
3. Season it and let it cook for a few more minutes. Cut a spring onion into rings and put them on top.

Have you guys tried enoki mushrooms as a noodle alternative yet??
Get a bag of them and make a broth (I use soy, chili garlic sauce, honey, and veg broth) then crumble in some tofu or w/e and eat up!
I swear this meal left me feeling so warm and I savoured everything bite of a giant bowl (for less then 300 calls)

Got fancy with breakfast!
-2 eggs, scrambled

-ΒΌ of a small onion
-Β½ of a tomato
-Squirt of sriracha
All fried in a pan and served on lettuce leaves all for about 275 calories.
I splurged at added some sour cream to two of them for 50 cal because Iβm extra

~150cal broccoli/mushroom stirfry~
(2-3 portions)
You need:
-200g broccoli (56)
-200g champignons (44)
-1tsp vegetable broth(10)
-soy sauce, spices (optional)
How to:
-cut the veggies into smaller pieces
-put them in a pan and stir for a minute
- add in ur 50ml vegetable broth and put a lit on top.
-wait for the broccoli to be done then add in ur spices and soy sauce(if you want to)
