Sweet
I finally got around to writing a Nobunaga fic, y’all. Been a long time coming. You can find all other IkeSen works of mine here.
He passed through the hallways sightless, a thousand threads running through his mind. They were close to finding the infiltrator amongst the staff. Mitsuhide was tracing the source of the poisoned tribute. Azuchi town proper had a small bandit encroachment, and the Uesugi-Takeda forces rattled eagerly along their northern borders, and–
The steps into the tenshu creaked beneath his feet, the only thing to remind him he was moving still. Noise, noise, noise. His mind was one thought after another, and it was barely midday. In fact, he almost forgot it was still daytime; when he emerged in his tenshu, the bright sun blinded him.
Damn. Not even halfway through the day.
His mood was rapidly souring.
He was all set to slam the screen shut on the light and brood in the darkness when he spied her. Whatever was she doing? Quietly, he padded over to the edge of the balcony. She sat before the railing, one of her commissions in her lap, a needle poised, her head tilted downward, and–
She was fast asleep.
He didn’t resist the smile on his lips. So precious. No doubt the soft, warm glow had lulled her into a nap. What to do about that? He examined her handful of silk, and–wrapping his rough hands in the edge of his sleeves to protect the delicate fabric–he eased her work from her hands.
“Uhn…” She stirred.
“Shh.” He folded her arms back into her lap and pattered inside, setting it on his desk. By the time he returned to the balcony she was awake, blinking blearily up at him.
“Oh. Hi.” She yawned, rubbing at her eyes. “I’m sorry.”
“Hush.” Nobunaga knelt beside her and eased his arms around her body, pulling her into his lap. She didn’t resist. “You seemed comfortable.”
“It feels nice out here.” And she rested her head against his shoulder, her hair falling around her cheeks. Absently, he stroked a thumb across her face, and she was so soft he wondered if his hands would ruin her, too.
Ah, and finally his mind was quiet. That was what she was: peace. Silence and bliss. He pressed his lips to her forehead.
“Nobunaga?” She murmured, opening her eyes.
“Shh,” he urged again, closing her lips with his own. She sighed into his mouth, sweet like rain and konepeito. “Go back to sleep.”
Obediently, she shut her eyes and curled into him. For his part–he just enjoyed the quiet and the soft weight of her chest against his.

And some thoughts about translating the game…
I just bought the game via PSN, and I have looked in the game files and found these fullsize cgs. It’s not normal at all for a psvita game. I think they’re gonna be ported to PS4 or PC with these cg sizes. Let us hope!
If you can, please purchase the original game to support the developers so they can port the game to multiple platforms and have it localized when it sells well!
Also I have looked at the script files and they’re totally translateable. I don’t know any Japanese though, still learning. Anyway, if someone wants to translate the game with me, feel free to drop me a PM.
Just to be sure, I think if we ever got the translation patch out, I’ll only send the translation patch to ppl with proof of purchasing the original game. Not ppl pirated it.
