What is 20CrMnTi?
20CrMnTi is carburized steel, which is usually low carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.17%-0.24%. Drive gears are made of medium quenched carburizing steel with high hardenability, especially Cr Mn Ti high low temperature impact toughness. 20CrMnTi surface carburizing hardening treatment of steel. Good processability, small processing deformation, fatigue resistance is quite good. The main uses are: for shaft, piston spare parts and cars, aircraft parts of various special parts.
Characteristics and scope of application:
Carburizing steel with good properties, high hardenability, hard and wear-resistant surface, and tough heart after carburizing quenching, high low-temperature impact toughness, medium weldability, good machinability after normalizing. For manufacturing cross-section & important parts with high speed, medium or heavy load, impact, and friction, such as gear, gear ring, gear shaft crosshead. are 18 CrMnTi of substitute steel widely used as carburizing parts in automobiles. The tractor industry is used for cross-section below 30 mm to withstand high speed. medium or heavy load and impact. important carburizing parts for friction, such as gears. Shaft. Ring.
